I always pre-order on the app and when I get to the restaurant I add Table Service/Number. They never bring to the table, just scream table number. Last time (12/20/25) there was blood splattered on the wall, seats, and window on table 108. DISGUSTING!! No employee seemed to notice. Informed someone when I was leaving. The employees at this restaurant never ever have a good attitude and are always without fail rude and make it seem like I am inconveniencing them in some way. Second, more often than not, I have to flag down workers in the curbside line, or even fully go back inside because my order was wrong or they didn't give me all the items I paid for. Third, there are times when I have waited for over 30 minutes just to get someone to answer me at the drive thru speaker... WITH NO ONE ELSE IN LINE. I have placed mobile orders many times and had to go inside and cancel the whole order and get a refund because they took so long and I had to be somewhere. To conclude, if you want to go sit in a line for 30-45 minutes and be spoken to like you are a two year old, this is the McDonalds for you!! It was for a free coke with purchase of a cheese fry. After 15 min the older tall female manager came to the window very rude and unprofessional. She lost our business and the 16 dollars we were going to spend for not honoring a coupon for $1 soda!
