Food today was 4 stars. Manager was 1 star. A bit busy here. Did mobile order, and kicked back and waited. And waited. And waited. Inside not super busy. Drive thru stacked all the way around building. I watched a sac get sat on counter by manager, she mumbled something and walked away. 10 min later the cashier asked what I was waiting for. I said order 1660. The manager stepped up and a bit nasty, said.... I called out big mac when I put it on counter. #1 It was order #1660 #2 it was 2 big macs #3 the order had a total of 9 items in it.... and of course it was missing 1 This same rude manager was quite hostile about a month ago to another customer..... for similar issue. read more

This place is absolutely gross, I saw a roach crawling on one of the walls from behind the counter. They are super slow as well and have terrible customer service. Another day I went into the lobby at the tillotson location around 11:40pm to order food and sit down because i have had a long day at work. Don't go to McDonald's at noon to get breakfast. The drive through attendant won't give you the time of day. She will quickly try to move you along and not hear your whole order. I'm not one to complain and perhaps it's because I'm not feeling well but this is the third time they have completely messed up my order. My daughter went to get me a sweet bbq grilled chicken. The receipt showed it correct, the "special " Order ticket was correct but it was a hamburger!! Really?? Seriously you can't tell the difference between a white piece of chicken and a brown hamburger? I get accidental happen, people make mistakes. I've received ice tea instead of dt Coke twice! I just waited for 40 minutes in this line to be served. When I called in to speak with the manager about my wait in the drive through line she hung up on my twice! Then she blocked my number where I was not able to call back in. When I called in from a different number to make a complaint the manager hung up on me again. I then called back from an anonymous number to get the name of the manager, she not only hung up on me AGAIN, but she refused to give me her boss (the owner's contact number nor corporate number). I am definitely reporting this manager's horrible customer service to the BBB, as well as this McDonalds to corporate. This manager she NOT be allowed to serve in customer service. When I finally got my order, my fries were cold and very disgusting! It tasted like it had been sitting out for several minutes. It was gross! This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in all my life. What made it more so disappointing is after waiting 40 minutes in the drive through line, it made us 10 minutes late to my daughter's practice which was only 2 minutes away from this McDonalds! I Waited 20 minutes at curbside for a "kids chicken meal" that came with cold fries. I have not had coffee on a regular basis in sever years, but this particular morning I tried the mild roast, added my own sugar free creamer and I am ready to get another cup very soon. Went in with my nephew and mother - ordered two McGriddle combos (notice the word, combos) and a kid's meal. Kid's meal was fine. However, even after asking three times if the cashier had gotten that we wanted combos with the McGriddles, we did not receive combos. I also did not get a receipt. I complained and was told they would get us our hash browns - we were in the restaurant for over an hour (my nephew is a slow eater) and we never received them. We finished our food and left. I've had too many problems this location with the drive through experience. No.1 issue is wrong/incorrect orders: Seems way too common, and its often tied into the order taker through the speaker. There's one blond chick there that repeatedly screws orders up to where it's about comical. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG. Also drive through can get to be a parking lot, literally to where you can't even get off Tillotson to get in line. I only will eat here is I am flat tired of the other choices and/or it's too far to drive somewhere else. read more

Over the past 2 months approximately 75% of the time I go through the drive-thru for lunch or dinner I'm relegated to the "Please pull around and wait for your food" line. Usually this frustrating experience is made more infuriating as I watch cars that were behind me leave the restaurant (presumably with their food). Today, I was told to wait in the "wait for your food line"... So I'm number 6 in this horrible line. Then to bullet point how screwed up this line is, there's a girl who is walking around asking everyone what they ordered. A place like this can't execute then has the audacity to charge us, the customer, 19 cents for a large drink with our meal (even though ALL sized drinks are $1). read more

Not a huge fan of McDonald's food or fast food for the matter. However only getting a half hour for my lunch break and working no more than 20 seconds from McDonald's; I find myself frequenting there more often than not. I am always prepared with my order and payment before I even pull into the parking lot; and I am not a picky eater. I am very simple, cheeseburger, apple pie on occasions, with no substitutions. Yet every time I visit this McDonalds, I am asked to pull up to wait for my order. Meanwhile, everyone before me and behind me gets their food in record time, even though they weren't prepared to order or they ordered one of everything on the menu with all these special requests. You think I would have learned my lesson by now, because every time, I end up having to throw away most of my lunch with no time to eat it, give it away or scarf it down and hopes that doesn't haunt me later. When I am asked to pull up, I always ask for the condiments beforehand, however there is one lady who refuses to give them to me and guarantee's that she will put them in my bag. Guess what, I have never received my condiments from this lady. On two different occasions, after I already ordered and paid for my meal, I was asked to pull up to wait only for them to "decide" what to substitute for my apple pie, since they were out them. I should have been informed ahead of time that they were out of this product before paying for said product. I definitely should have been informed after they realized the mistake before they made the choice for me of what I was getting or at least giving me an option for a refund or gift certificate. On both occasions they decided I needed a pumpkin pie. I am allergic to pumpkin. This is the absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to! read more
