I have to say one of the best experiences I have had at a Subway! Super friendly people and very clean environment. I have to say, what made this visit for me was the way Kenia (the team member who helped me) made my sandwiches. Especially the way she put the avocado, it was so well cut and covered the sandwich from one end to the sandwich to the other end. Usually I don't get the avocado as well placed as I did today. The only thing that sucked was the fact that their credit card machine was giving them problems. I ended up paying cash. However, they handled it pretty well and already had a manual transaction backup process in place. read more

Came here after going to Little Cesar's who said a 40 minute wait for a pizza. I come in and am literally waiting for 15 mins, and the worker says it'll be minutes before they help me out. They were over worked and understaffed, they seemed to be more focused on drive thru orders than the customers waiting, as I watched them make and hand out their orders before even trying to start my sandwich. This subway gives me a headache, watching the employees walk around looking so sad to be there. Taking 20 minutes to get your sandwich, not listening to a damn word you're saying. Then looking confused when you tell them what they're about to do isn't what you asked for, then you get to the register and have to wait 5 minutes for them to find someone who knows what they're doing. I drove all the way from the east side of Palmdale to come to this Subway because it has a drive through. I place an order of three 6" subs, one footlong , a pizza and some chips, totaling a little over $30 bucks.. I drive back home and everyone starts eating. My son is the first to notice a hair in his sandwich two seconds later my daughter finds one in her pizza. Two long black hairs. WTF!? I call the Subway and speak with the lady in charge... she offers to make us another sub and pizza. I'm grossed out by it and tell her no thank you just to refund me the money for the sandwich and the pizza, I'd even take a gift card so I can use at a later time... all she could do for me was take my phone number and have me wait for the owner to call me. Such bad customer service. When it comes to something as unsanitary as having multiple hairs in our food you would think she being in charge would offer a full refund right then and there and apologize for the inconvenience. So nasty. I guess that's what I get for being lazy and not wanting to get off my car. read more

I eat here once a week and the the staff is always friendly and even remember my order now. The restaurant is always clean with well stocked condiments. They get a little busy at lunch and it's no surprise. Hey I haven't been to Subway In years but I love the new way the food is prepared and all the new additions.

The overnight employee's are always great to see when I come for my sandwich. I believe their names are Johnathan, Melissa, Rachelle, and there is another young lady who I see every once in a while but can't think of the name, she is kind of blonde with blue eyes. Any way, As they are probably tired being up all night, you wouldn't even notice, they are always filled with happiness and great customer service as if it were the middle of the day. They also always put the customers first as I've noticed they drop any cleaning they're in the middle of doing to make sure the customer is helped. Honestly I have never had a more pleasant time at any subway. I was really hungry at 3 o'clock in the morning so I was like imma get a sub. So I walk it and was immediately greeted by two super amazing and friendly faces. Jon and Rochelle made my late night quest for food one for the memory books. They were friendly even tho it was super early on the morning. Service with a smile and nothing but laughs came from it. Open 24/7 and great customer service! They are near Kerry's Insurance so I am there on a regular basis! Food is always fresh, they always have plenty of seating, and cops are their on a regular basis in the middle of the night. So make sure to wear your seatbelt and not be on your cell phone when you're pulling up!!!=) read more

The good reviews on here must be relatives. This is the poorest run Subway on the planet. The portions are sooooo small. I never get the right order. They water down the soda till it tastes like sparkling water. The owner of this Subway is trying to max out every penny. Salads here are a joke.
