    Soggy, no extra meat, no avocado - A vegetable salad featuring cucumbers, tomatoes, leafy greens, and yellow bell peppers, coated in a creamy dressing.

    Horrible customer service from 2 employees & the manager,Jamie. She defended the poor customer service of the two employees due to, as she stated "the 2 boys are nice boys". Those 2 employees did not answer phone numerous times. (the drive through microphone/speaker supposedly is not working either; I do believe that) Those 2 employees did not give the extra meat & avocado paid for on the sandwiches. Is that nice? Not answering the phone. Is that nice? They called the manager & the boy with braces took the phone in the back room to talk to her & then came out to have her talk to me on the phone. Hmmm, the boy had to talk to the manager privately before having her & I talk. Jamie, who was not there, told me over the phone that they put the extra meat & avocado on the sandwich. She stated that " refund was not there policy & will remake the sandwich". Also overlooking the other 2 concerns besides the sandwich being wrong & paying extra for extra & not getting it. She was not there to see it was wrong herself. My family has gotten extra meat before & there was not extra meat on the sandwiches. There definitely was not any avocado on them. The sandwiches had no avocado on them at all. The manager, Jamie said" what you ordered is on the sandwich " I tried to tell her that it was wrong & she believed the 2 employees over the phone not seeing the sandwich in person because as she stated they are "nice" boys. Also, the drive through speaker/microphone does not have a sign up that informs customers it is out of service. I was waiting in drive through long with no response. They did not answer drive through speaker. Me not knowing was out of services, felt I was being ignored. I heard the boys from outside talking being loud in the back room from outside drive through. I drove around the building & no one was in the lobby not even a customer. I went to the drive through window & called the store more than once & the 4th call was finally answered. That seemed as though they were ignoring a customer as well. The one boy with the braces told the manager he was cleaning in the back while the other boy was making sandwiches in the back room & there were no other customers in the lobby. The boy with the braces told me a different story & said he was making the sandwiches with the other boy. The place was dirty with a receipt & straw litter on the floor. Not any sign of cleaning going on. After felling ignored & then the sandwiches had two things not on sandwiches that I paid for, I went into the restaurant & asked for a refund. They would not give me a refund. After speaking to the manager on the phone she stated it is not their policy to refund only remake the sandwiches. I spoke with a different manager afterwards from a different store & found out that is false. I stated to the manager that the boy with braces gave me & her two different stories & she shrugged off the obvious concern. Being bias is not great customer service. It's not customer services at all. She sure did want to complain that the drive through microphone/speakers are going to cost $5,000 to repair. An opinion from a customer that did not feel valued, a kind apology for any inconvenience with a simple note for drive through to pull forward to window & to call employees that will answer telephone, would have been great customer service. A simple refund would have been enough & I would not have even left the deserved zero star review or ever went back to that restaurant as long as they all are working there. I drove back by later to see there was no note posted to inform customers of the drive through issue, proving they all do not value their customers. That manager is not a great asset to Subway. My observation was that the boys with no manager on duty were messing around in the back room & didn't answer phone numerous times & did not put the extra meat & avocado in the sandwiches. The boy with braces on his teeth, had to go in private to give a false side of the story & they all would not just give me a refund. Altogether I was treated unfairly, lied to, ignored & do not feel valued as a customer by that manager, Jamie & those 2 employees nor did they place a note on the drive through to show other customers they are valued & not being ignored. I ended up apologizing & getting no extra meat that was paid extra for & a side of avocado for two old soggy sandwiches just to stop the situation that was going nowhere & not only did I not get what I paid for I was lied to, ignored, treated unfairly by the bias manager & not one of them apologized nor fixed the drive through issue with a simple note. Me kindly apologizing must have opened an opportunity for the manager to complain to me her issue of $5,000 drive through fix. If they all valued Subway's customers, she would have the funds to take care of the problem because of those valued customers would be coming back. You Jamie & the 2 employees are the problem. ZERO star.

    Don't bother asking for extra toppings...you get this.

    What happened to this Subway? I used to love coming here. My sub today had almost no Veggies on it.... even though I asked for extra (I posted a picture.) I won't be back to this Subway. After contacting Subway with the picture, I was sent coupons for two 6 inch subs by the local owner. I appreciate that he made a personal call and emails to me.

    It's Subway, so if you're expecting a gourmet meal, that's not going to happen. If you are looking for fast, friendly service, this is the best Subway in town imo.

The restaurant as very clean and the staff were very friendly but the food will be the reason I return if I'm ever back in the area again. The menu is very diverse. It has just about everything on it. I had not had a hot meal that didn't come out of a box and a microwave for a few days. I ordered the chicken tenders. It came with fries and soup. You could choose from French Onion or Chicken & Rice. I chose the chicken & rice. I should've just ordered the soup because the chicken & rice hit the spot. It tasted homemade and it was hot on a VERY cold day. I hadn't ordered chicken tenders in awhile because they are so common and rather blah. These were different though. They were battered in something that was like tempura. They were excellent. My only complaint is that I had too much food and couldn't eat them all. I've also gotten to where fries don't excite me any more. They are often bland. While these were incredible, they weren't bland and were very good. I paid with cash which knocked 3.5% off my bill, so get some cash before you go. The cost was reasonable as well. In total, my meal was just under $14. This was a great meal! Highly recommend!

    We were seated and then completely ignored for 20 minutes. No one came to take our order, no one…read morechecked in, nothing. There were only two high school-aged employees working and just one other customer in the entire place -- it wasn't busy. There's no excuse for zero service under those conditions. We finally walked out. If you can't manage basic customer service with almost no customers, that's a serious problem.
