I think maybe I've left 2 reviews in my entire life....and this will be my 3rd. This restaurant is absolutely awful. It is horribly filthy, the employees (all of them) are always outside smoking cigarettes and act like they are totally inconvenienced to be helping you. I've always enjoyed kfc and so I've just put up with it...but this is the 4th time this month that they've jacked my order up and then acted like I'm a problem for wanting them to fix it. I gave the KFC in Ottawa only because I couldn't give a 0 rating. I went in at 12:28 pm (time on my receipt) and ordered 3 buckets of chicken to go. It was a Tuesday, so it was the 8 pieces for $10. The clerk said ok and that it would take awhile. Little did I know that I would get my order at 1:53pm I asked the clerk how long it would be. She said the chicken was just coming out of the oven. I said you've got to be kidding. I said have been waiting over an hour and I have seen multiple orders go out the drive thru and customers come in and order, eat and leave. She said the wait was because I ordered all dark meat. I said you mean all the other orders no one had dark meat? She turned to the other employee and asked how much longer. The other employee responded rather rudely, I'm packing it now. The employee that was packing it brought it to the counter, threw the bags down, and sarcastically said Have a nice day! A few weeks before this incident we stopped to get some chicken and the lobby was closed because a sign on the door said, not enough staff. The drive thru looked like a long wait. Obviously this KFC location needs to address a few issues. I am done with this location. I hope management will read this and respond, but I doubt it. If I have to wait as long as I did for the chicken only to get a rude comment, don't bother. read more

I ordered 24 hot wings, fries and coleslaw for takeout. I got home and the wings were cold and dried out, fries were cold and crunchy and coleslaw was actually pretty good. I spent $41 for this meal and was only able to eat a $5 container of coleslaw....what a waste!!! read more

Senior Dean was amazing! The best customer service and great food! Super quick and timely as well as friendly.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 meals with no other cars ahead of me, got charged for an extra item I didn't order (even though my order was repeated to me about 4 times, not sure how he missed the extra item). Then when it got refunded they refunded the wrong item so my food was incorrect. Don't waste your time or your money on this place read more

Place is clean, cashier was nice, food came out fast and we came at the lunch hours 130. Food was so hot we couldn't hold it. And good. I think these other 1 stars are trolls or competitors trying to tank a place. They have a cool table for 6-8 people with a big lit bucket and the Colonel welcoming you at the front door. This restaurant should be closed. I have purchased chicken there on several occassions over the past year and either the wings have sharp broken bones, the "fried" chicken is gummy and soggy with the skin falling off, there isn't enough of whatever type of chicken you want, or - in 1 case - the chicken looked like it had been fried in black sludge (I was told when I called to complain that there had been too much black pepper in the flour - AFTER we almost choked on it). I can't believe they still call it Colonel Sander's. The place was nice and clean. One of those combo units with Long John Silvers. I had the breast and wing, with slaw and fries. The fries were cold and had all the crumbs from the fish chips on the bottom? The chicken was awsome. But for the price I should have gotten the 8 piece for 2 bucks more and no sides.
