This was a drive-thru order and when I tell you this food was horrible, it was HORRIBLE! The lines were long, so we went ahead and requested hot food as ordered. When we got back to our place, we took the food out. Cold fries, my fish sandwich was old and hard. My husband's fries were cold, but he said his burger was ok. For the drinks, my husband ordered pineapple mango lemonade for him, and I had strawberry lemonade. Let me tell you, it was sooooo sweet, we had to add water. I tossed my food in the trash. If you want slow, mediocre, and lifeless service this is the place for you! Every time I go it is the slowest service and often the employees seem like they would rather jump off a bridge than tale care of you. Then when you get the food it is poorly made and put together. Oof. This place... I don't expect much from fast food restaurants. But we have yet to get an order from them that doesn't have a mistake. My son likes only cheese and ketchup on his burger, and our routine is to order, get the food, pull around, park, and send him in to exchange the messed up burger for one that is made correctly. Every single time. The pic below is of the fries that we just got- it pushed me over the edge to finally Yelp about it (I'm writing as I wait in their parking space for my son to get his burger order fixed...) This was their large fries- no, there are none spilled in the bag. This was it. And they were cold. I stopped to get a simple biggy meal and this is how it went: pulled up to speaker, no welcome, "go ahead", "thats it", $5.35, and thats it. No pull ahead, no thank you, no reply. How is this place still open? Oh wait, sometimes they aren't! My husband and I have went a couple of times on a weekend morning around 9 and they aren't open. Nobody showed up for work! When they are open they are ALWAYS out of something.. out of sausage patties, out of biscuits, out of gravy, out of chili, out of pickles...seriously? Everytime I go here I always regret it. Guaranteed everytime that all of the tables are dirty, you will get your food 20+ minutes after you order it and also it will be messed up so you have to wait another 20+ minutes for a corrected order. This place smells horrible. If you can make it past the smell (what is that anyway!?) the service is super friendly and the food is decent.

I ordered the Southwest Avocado Salad. They tried to give it to me without the avocado and bacon. If I had not had the salad before, I would not have noticed the missing ingredients. Too many children and not enough adults working today. read more

This is by far the slowest Wendy's I have ever eaten at. I have sat in the drive-through for 10 to 15 minutes several times. The staff is surly but the food is very good. If they would simply improve their speed this would be a much better restaurant. They have two drive-thru windows but one is permanently closed, defeating the purpose of a speedier experience than going in the restaurant. Good selection of beverages, but rarely have desserts. Clean store, bathrooms maintained. read more
