Simply put, this place was incredible. There was no one element that gave it this status, but instead, the combination of delicious food, stellar service, and its comforting and simplistic feel. We searched for a little bit to find food around here, and nearly moved on to the next area down. In retrospect though, I'm so glad we didn't. The burger was warm and rich, the fries were crispy and filling, and the staff was welcoming and personable. It was always one of my favorite stops in Olean when it was Rafi's Platter. The owners were always so nice and the food was always fabulous and I was excited to see that none of that had changed. I had that tikka masala with chicken, our friend had the chicken curry and my husband had the French onion soup with a burger and fries. Every item came out made fresh and each item was more delicious than the next.​ ​ Aamir added to the experience with his wonderful sense of humor and fantastic concern about customer service. We not only thoroughly enjoyed the food but his company as well and had many laughs and he took a photo of us and called us new friends.
