No plates, no tortillas, no sides--nothing to go with it. By the time we flagged down another server to ask about the missing items, the sizzling had stopped. When our waiter finally checked on us and we explained the issue, he took the meat back to "re-sizzle" it--which really just meant overcooking it. It came back dry and even a bit burnt. In our experience, fajitas are all about timing and presentation. The plates and sides should come first, followed immediately by the sizzling skillet so everything is hot and ready to enjoy together. That didn't happen here. We also had to ask for a second margarita, and no one ever offered refills on chips or water. We've eaten at Mexican restaurants all over the country and make it a tradition to go out every Cinco de Mayo.
