Like all non freestanding locations they do not use the chick fil an app to take orders, earn points, and pay through app. Additionally, they do not offer chicken strips. Food tasted like it had refrigerator burn and had been reheated and did not taste fresh. Service was slow and had to wait a considerable amount of time for service. While it is a great fast food, food choice on thruway it is really not worth it given cost and quality of food.

Its a one man operation as the owner is the chef and waiter so if it fills up, you may have to wait a bit but its worth it. We were fortunate to have the place to ourselves at the time we went and the owner/chef, Jeff, was a great host with many personal stories about the history of Utica and his personal colorful past. We had his stuffed French toast which was awesome and some eggs. The coffee and tea are self serve and there are seats at the counter and a couple tables. The place only seats around 16 people but he assured us that he occasionally gets many more in there at a time. If you're looking for a great breakfast or lunch during the week (its closed on weekends) and don't need any frills, this is the place to go. We'll definitely be back!
