The owner then stated, with great attitude and rolled eyes,and she told me that "I will make the latte." I then stood there for 15 minutes while she was in the back, then when she started coming around the front where the customers usually are and started to tidy up I asked her how much longer it would be. She then looked at me and rudely said "I don't know what you're waiting for". I was the only customer in the shop for 15 minutes, she saw me standing there the entire time. I stated the previous conversation back to her and offered to show her the receipt again, she then got out and very disrespectful stating she would not be giving me the order and told me to leave. When I asked for a refund she became even louder. She told me to leave a review because she doesn't give a shit, so that's what I'm doing. I left the store in tears and very upset that my kids spent money on something for me for Mother's Day and it was not received or refunded. I would not recommend this business to anyone. If 0 stars was an option, that would be more appropriate.
