The worst subway out family has ever had!
They were busy and fast. Mainly because they were grossly inaccurate and rude. They had pre-made sandwiches for convenience, but the options were not what my family wanted.
The food line had four employees. The first one asks what you want (as usual) bread, meat, cheese. You then get passed to the 2nd-3rd employee. The two can not communicate with each other or follow your order. I told the 2nd guy not to toast the sandwich, he took all the sandwiches to toast. I told the 2nd line person no salt when he asked about the sandwich who then proceeded to push it past him to the 3rd person who loaded it with salt and pepper.
The only one of four sandwiches made correctly was a meatball marinara that I was able to stop person 1 from putting the wrong cheese one.
When I alerted any of the team that what they were doing was incorrect, I was made aware by the employee that there was a line of people behind me. I do get that. I am not the once who was making it take longer. The employee made it obvious that it would be a "scene". I accepted the mistakes.
After getting sandwiches, they all just tasted off... not just because of the errors... just tasted bad (bad chicken or something was off)
End point: If you want your order correct, be prepared to be laser-focused on each step while remaining ready to defend your decisions. Know that you will have put this effort into getting what you ordered just for it to end up tasting bad anyway. read more
