I love this type of sandwitches and do have some favorites (Togos would be my very favorite) but for some reason I can not handle Subway. Eery time I tried to eat there I got an upset stomach. Not the typical subway. Staff incredibly friendly, establishment totally clean and offers a vegan patty that many other subways don't have. They helped sign me up for sub club, and our food was exceptional. Better than in Boise read more

After speaking with owner Bruce Borup via e-mail on 5/15/23 about an encounter where I bit into a sandwich made by the 3rd street location and pulled a long gray hair out of my mouth, he offered a coupon specific to that stores location. I let him know I don't live in the area, where he offered to mail compensation since he responded to my email too late for a refund. I provided my address on 5/16/23 and never heard back. Reached out 6/5/23 to touch base, no response. I reached out a second time on 6/29/23, no response. I have emailed once per day for the last 5 days and still have not received a response. Don't tell someone you're going to do something and proceed to never do it. After seeing other yelp reviews here I'm not surprised at this level of ignorance. Will be submitting this exact review to corporate as well. read more

This Subway has very good customer service, and their owners also know what they're doing. The food is of course what you'd expect in any Subway, but they excel with their new Footlong Sidekicks, specifically the footlong pretzel. It's from Auntie Ann's, so you know it's good. They also offer cheese, of which they're technically not supposed to have as it is for the discontinued gas station nachos. The place is also well kept and has the sleek Subway look that they all have. read more

Went in with my wife to order sandwiches for my our six kids and us. We waited for a few people in line and then started to give our order. A shaggy-haired kid with a scraggly goatee told us we would have to go to the back of the line and let other people order first. We explained that we were paying customers and we had one person for each of the six sandwiches we were trying to order. I asked if my wife and I could each order three and he said no. I asked what the maximum order was and he said there was none. I asked if I should bring my kids in and he said "don't be a d&$k." I was very impressed with the staff member who was working on the evening shift Feb. 11th. I've been to numerous Subway franchises but the McCall shop is different. Until today I have yet to meet a more friendly and personable individual crafting dinner for my family. He took special care in each of our 4 sandwiches and a wrap. I was especailly impressed with how each one he made brought a memory or experience that made us all laugh. This is by far the best experience I've had at a Subway ever! Plus I highly recommend the Steak &Cheese with the toasted green peppers and onions. The best sandwich I've had in months. I wish every experience at a restaurant was this great. I will return simply because of the staff working there and the quality he gave to our food. read more

In and out quickly around 3-5 mins. Turned around and found a line of 6 people behind us, place got packed quick. Got the sandwich meal of the day which happened to be the Italian BMT meal. The night shift is the worst I have ever seen. My wife and son went in to get dinner for the family and it took 20 min to make 3 sandwiches and a pizza. The lady behind the counter was in a hurry to get done work for the night but moved so fast she would have to speed up to stop. When she finally finished making the order she turned the lights off while my wife and son were still trying to fill the drinks. We live here locally in McCall for 2 years and I don't think we have had a good experience at this subway since we moved here. read more

So frustrating. Three people there and they put the new and slowest guy on the line while they work in the back. Long line of people waiting for sandwiches. Didn't make sandwiches right, didn't put the correct amount of anything on the sandwich, only what he thought looked right. Tried to correct him, but he acted deaf. The worse part was the staff that ran circles around him getting stuff ready, but they wouldn't help him or ring customers up or start new sandwiches. read more
