This isn't the 1st time she's made me so upset. I really think I'd rather take the drive to Camillus . I can't wait until Stewart's arrives. I'd talk to the GM but a gentleman told me it's a waste of time, apparently they're best of friends outside of work. They lost a nice chunk of bussiness when they lost me.

There no reason to deny service as literally everyone's IDs were scanable. No one was underage and everyone's IDs scanned but she refused to scan them. The same employee has done this to me and several other on many occasions. Please allow people to scan their valid IDs before embarrassing in front an entire store for no reason.
