I came here today I ordered my sandwich online and it said pick up at 440. I came a little early and waiting until 440 then clicked I'm here. I literally saw the girl starting to make my sandwich when I said I'm here and I wa slike wtf. Then they waived 5 more minutes with their hand so I waited 5 min. You walk in and usually you can see all the protein, but for some reason, they hide the protein. Went to this location on Redondo July 7, 2024 I ordered online for delivery through DoorDash I requested my sandwich to be toasted when it arrived the cheese wasn't melted the sandwich was cold I only live 5 minutes away from this location I called and spoke to a female that refused to give me her name or the managers name and told me I can toast it myself I drove down to the location where Giselle the female on the phone and another female who said she was the manager Natalie two young females and Natalie advise me that Giselle is under age that's why she couldn't give her name out I advised Natalie that Giselles customer service is very bad and the way she spoke to me on the phone was unacceptable I am the customer they both were snickering Giselle was arguing with me and wouldn't stop Natalie ask her to stop Giselle continued to argue with me I advised her that she needs to show some respect to me as a customer I will never patronize this location again they are young and have no customer service skills at all and need some training It would've been so simple to just apologize for mistake and ask me bring the sandwich back and they remake it but no I felt like I was in a heated argument and I'm the customer I felt humiliated, disrespected. This subway is the one i always go to every time I crave subway.The staff is always so sweet and well coming the bread is always so soft.

Terrible place the bread is always stale and I got food poisoning from there. Don't eat there at all.

There is never a full stock of breads. The ones U do have are stale. Ur meats are not well maintained, as there are flies, gnats, & the like. I will never come to this location again; gave it 2 chances. The 2nd was with an acquaintance who felt dissatisfied for their own reasons. And, one of those were the gnats. The first time I asked a simple question in regards to when the cookies were last baked because I wanted fresh cookies. And while he was performing the absolute worst sandwich artistry I'd ever witnessed (chucking the lettuce in, big globs of mustard on one side, hardly any on the other), I caught site of his markedly red forearm. Oh, no...then I saw the rest, a fresh (as in recent, not as in Prince) tattoo of a stack of cash with "Money Over Bitches" emblazoned over it. Aha! That's why he stepped in. Money over bitches. Hmmmm...I'd rather give my bf a 5-star review for taking care of my sick ass instead of writing this 2-star review, but that would be un-Elite of me....so here goes... This is a brand new location situated a football field's length away from my humble abode so +1 for convenience. I sent the bf there to pick up me up a cup of their cheese broccoli soup, which is rather decent for when one is feeling under the weather and is in need of something warm in the tummy (+1 again). I also asked him to get me a roast beef sandwich with everything. Ok that's where Subway took my "everything" way too literally and maybe I never noticed it before, but I forgot that I was even eating a roast beef sandwich because so much "everything" was piled on top of it that by the time I got to the spare, thin, slices of meat, I felt jipped. Alright, this is a review written while under the influenza and for 'take out' only, so we'll see how this place fares when I'm 100% operational. Worst experience ever! I placed an online order and I called the restaurant 2 times and received no service. I provided them with the order number, confirmed it was the right restaurant and still nothing. I live very close to this location and will never come here again. There was no manager on duty and the staff was unprofessional and even though I was charged already, I still have to spend an unnecessary amount of time to correct an issue and that isn't ok. read more

This Subway is GHEETOOO. First it's dirty and you feel dirty while your there ordering your sandwich. The Subway Sandwich Maker was following the usual script that you hear at every other Subway. Then she finishes and goes to the next person. The girl at the register was dealing with an obese woman with three kids who was arguing over a $.75 charge. This takes about 5 minutes. As I'm walking out I almost trip over an employee who, I kid you not, sleeping at one of the front tables. This guy was out cold. I look back and there are about 5 customers waiting for service. Decent prices, good sandwiches and nice people. There's not much more to ask for, when it comes to lunch. While eating my special, you could tell there were many regulars, as they came in, and the people already knew what they wanted to order. That has to tell you something about their rapport! I'd say the only mark is that my salad needed a little more seasoning (just a pinch of salt and pepper) but that may be a neutral thing to better serve the general public. Just went to this subway, and ordered an Italian BMT the lady working made my sandwich so sloppy that I almost told her to start over. She put huge globs of mayo on one side as well as mustard. When I got home it was all over the place, pretty disgusting. I also noticed that her attitude was horrible, she acted as if she absolutely hated her job and couldn't care less about my sandwich. I asked for spinach instead of lettuce and she pretty much missed half the sub. It was 8:55 pm when I arrived, and all the meats and cheeses were already all put away as well as all the bottled condiments. Let me remind you they don't close until 10:00pm.... very weird. This Subway is OK! It's a much smaller place than others. The costumer service is average in my opinion, they're just doing their daily routine job. I must say, it's kinda dirty inside compare to others Subways. I saw a spillage of sodas on the floor and no one is doing anything about it. I have been coming to this subway location for the past 7 years. The food is clean, fresh and always tasty. There is parking in front of the store on the street and there is also customer parking in the rear. I recently had the double chicken salad that comes with two chicken breasts along with olives, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, jalapeños, pepperchinos, onions, cilantro, spinach, salt.and pepper and olive oil for the dressing. The chopped version of this salad is amazing as the consistency and flavor is warm and robust. Don't forget the croutons. This salad is 30% bigger than the old one and it is amazing. Enjoy. I used to get the club sandwich which was my favorite but, I'm a pescatarian now so I really only get the tuna sandwich witch I think tastes very good for a fast food chain. I eat fairly healthy & I don't consider this place to be a threat to my diet. Parking isn't bad if you're familiar with the area, there's a lot to the side of the building that is perfectly acceptable to use. I had an epic experience here recently. 4 o'clock on a Tuesday or Thursday, wanting to purchase sustenance before my evening class -- expecting nothing but a five dollar (and 44 cents, here you go uncle sam, tarp money) foot long. No crowd, no line, no body. Dude with snakebites (the lip piercings, not the potentially fatal malady) comes out from the back with an emphatic "Welcome to Subway." maybe not emphatic, but you could tell that while he HAS to say it, he also wanted to say it. To welcome the only dude into the store. From then on, it was quality sandwich making with just the right amount of conversational small talk. I usually don't like small talk, but today I did. At one point the small talk went in the direction of I think I was f'ing around with him and asking some sort of quizzical question regarding the menu or something. I kinda thought he wouldn't know the answer and shrug it off with perhaps a bumbling answer. But no. He either knew the answer or did a damn fine job explaining why he didn't. I can't recall because it was pretty inconsequential in the first place and the hungry rumbling of my belly was the more prevalent sound in my head. Anyway, I was gonna keep it mellow and get just the sandwich, but then Snakebites informed me of the rainy day special where you buy a 6-inch with the chips and drink combo and you get another 6-inch free. I tried my best to do light speed math in my head to see how to get the most bang for my buck. Snakebites saw my puzzled face and went ahead and told me how much it would be for each of my two choices, effectively illustrating that the rainy day meal was basically like me robbing the store and making off with more money than I had when I came in. Not really, but close. Obviously I took the rainy day meal deal. Grabbed some chipotle sun chips (Meh..) and some iced tea with a splash of lemonade and went to class.
