Very unprofessional experience. I visited this Jimmy John's location and had a very uncomfortable interaction with the counter employee. He was rude and unprofessional, ignored me initially, and then responded in a mocking and aggressive manner when I tried to order. The interaction felt hostile enough that I chose to leave the store rather than place an order. The employee was an African-American male wearing shorts, with a visible tattoo on his left leg. Excellent sub sandwiches that work well because of the nice soft bread that's just the right size for a grinder. Very good thin sliced meats are used and I like how their lettuce is shredded just right. I also like how they great you as soon as you walk in. Very rude service whoever worked Monday the 15th at three pm. No customer service sandwiches definitely made with hate. Wanted to go somewhere else after he greeted us with an are you ready? And rude about explaining the menu we never had been there. I asked for a BLT plain no sauce and he said idk what that means. So no customer service and also incompetent and doesn't know the most basic sandwich knowledge. Will absolutely not be going back. The two managers are a mess. I love Jimmy John's, it's healthy, tasty, and fresh. What I don't love is the management at this location. The two managers are "Zoey" and "Blake." I've seen Zoey be rude to so many people, it's like she doesn't even care about her job anymore. I once saw her push one of her fellow employees out of her way. I've noticed that she gives attitude to guys more than anyone else. I've seen her do this a few times: she hands me my sandwich (I'm waiting in front of the register), then as she's turning around, she pulls out a vape and heads towards the back area. I got curious and moved closer towards where they have those touch-screen computers against the wall, and what I witnessed was insane. I saw Zoey inhale from her vape, then enter the Jimmy John's fridge. After about one minute had gone by, she came out with a bunch of smoke following her. Does this mean that all of the ingredients now have vape air on them!? If that's the case, then I'll gladly tell all of my friends to never go back to this location, we're paying for amazing quality stuff, not for food contaminated with vape juice. Now Blake. I can always hear Blake complaining about the customers, he's always telling this one girl about how bad he hates his job and how idiotic all of the customers are. I try my best to be as friendly and upbeat as possible, but I guess it's not good enough for Blake. I added a few freebies to my sandwich, once Blake rang me up, he began to make my sandwich. Just ordered this Caprese Salami wrap ToGo maybe no more than 30 minutes ago and for the $11.25 I paid for it, it's extremely underwhelming. It would have been somewhat fine if it came with the basil pesto like it was supposed to have in it, or if there was more than just a tiny bit of balsamic glaze. Instead, the wrap is doused with oil. There was hardly a sprinkle of oregano-basil on it, though it was there. There also was hardly any meat in it leaving me feel as though I was biting into a bunch of tomatoes and tortilla. I'm lucky if I can even say there were two thin slices of salami. Normally, I love coming to this place every once in a while for a good sub or wrap but this I'm not happy with. Obviously, it's not worth driving back to the store to get it exchanged since I'm already home but the product should be checked more thoroughly before being given out to paying customers. She asked for two #7's saying, "I believe are turkey" The staff was not able to read the menu due to dyslexia. The person taking the order should have immediately explained that the number 7's were not turkey before making them. When she returned with the sandwiches the other staff discovered the sandwiches were Italian. The staff does not eat that meat and asked her to return the sandwiches and explain what happened. My sandwich was tasty and made to my specifications (5 stars), but I was a little dismayed about the beverage situation. I asked for a cup of water with my order and instead of a cup, I was provided a thin snow cone wrapper. It would have been nice to have a structurally sound cup with a flat bottom that I could set down at the table while I eat. I would have even been content with one of those little paper cups they give you at the dentist to swish your mouth out. Getting up to take a shot of water every time I got thirsty wasn't very fun. Really new location that opened up this year with all new options around it too (Starbucks and Raising Canes). Be aware that parking in this lot can be chaotic and spaces are small, so it might be better to park on the street or in another nearby lot then walk over. Customer service was great and location was clean for the most part since only tables recently used has specks of food. The sandwiches are good, but I do think they lack in flavor compared to other sandwich options in the area and that's why I've given 4 stars. I also wish they had the option of toasting the bread so there'd be more chew/crunch to the French bread. My sandwich recommendation so far is the Spicy Italian and customizing it with free add-ons or getting extra of the already included items. I also highly suggest getting their app and ordering through there since it will give you time to decide which sandwich you want without having to stare at the menu with the employee waiting on you or a line building behind you. You also start to build up rewards as you purchase with them (e.g. you get a free 8" favorite after your first check-in/purchase on the app). Overall, decent experience and I would have to continue tweaking my order to find out the best way to get a really flavorful sandwich. read more

They took and hour and 6 minutes to mark my order as ready. I showed up at 5:36pm an hour and a half after ordering and they still hadn't made my food. The workers were standing around doing nothing. The young man who made my sandwich (after I asked where it was) was not even wearing his mask, he just had it around his neck not covering his nose or mouth. DON'T BOTHER Placed my online order at 11:45a. Got to store 20 minutes later and it wasn't ready, attendant said it'd be right out. They were obviously busy with at least five workers operating two production lines. As I proceeded to wait until 12:45p, numerous walk up customers were able to order, get their food and finish their food out on the patio while I and a few other online orders waited. To add further insult, one guy had no issues walking in without a mask and getting far faster service than the rest of us. They have no concept of First In First Out. They had one crew working online orders and the other handling walk ups. One customer showed up to get her delivery order because she couldn't wait any longer for it to come. Freaky Fast is a joke.
