The official line is that you can create your own salad or wrap from a choice of 60 fresh ingredients or choose one of the 16 house salads or wraps at this specialist healthy eating venue. Freshly tossed in a tasty dressing, all salads are high in protein, low in calories, carbs and saturated fats. Smoothies and juices are also on offer. I usually go for the mexican salad either straight or in a wrap. The food is freshly prepared in front of you and is nice enough. I usually ask them to add a bit of extra ranch dressing however to get some flavour. So bear that in mind!! Oh I should say for those who have not been to Westfield - there is a Food Court...which basically means you have a choice of 10 eating locations but a central seating area for all of the restaurants.

The menu is a lot smaller and you can't seem to choose what you want like in the st Martin's lane one. There's no soup or rice options either, or breakfast options. The salads I've had here have been nice enough. Although the same smoothie tastes different every time, so potentially their staff don't know the right proportion of ingredients to put in them? I'll still come back, but it's definitely not the best example of tossed.

It is located in the outdoor part of the mall, on the corner, the vibes inside the restaurant are pretty cool, especially for a mall location. My table looked a little beaten and worse for wear, though it looked like it had been banged and potentially damaged by a candle. I was disappointed with the service here, as I encountered issues with multiple staff members. After being seated, my waitress seemed distracted and wasn't listening. She initially tried to take me to a larger party's table, and I had to explain that I had booked a table for one. Another staff member overheard our conversation and brought me the gluten-free menu as she didn't. I then had an issue with a different female staff member who ignored me completely while setting cutlery on another table, leaving mine without any. I had to take cutlery from another table, and she again seemed frustrated when she had to set this table again after noticing what I had done. Finally, when I asked a male staff member to remove the service charge, he initially claimed he couldn't do it. He made out that it would be such a rigmarole to remove it as he'd have to do it manually and couldn't remove it when using the payment app- he made it unnecessarily awkward and then began questioning why I'd remove it in the first place. I ordered the fish pie, which was made gluten-free, the cheese and chive mash on top was fantastic; it was really tasty, and I also liked the sauce of the pie however, the fish, especially the salmon and the cod, wasn't pleasant, it was chewy. If you're ordering a fish pie, the key part of the meal is the fish - and if they can't get that right, that's a big issue. My side of rosemary salted fries was fine, but they were average fries. They didn't taste fresh, and the difference between the rosemary salted fries here and at Honest Burger, where they are far superior, is night and day. They offered me a voucher for a future visit to Bill's, which I plan to use soon. I intend to update my rating after my next visit, hoping this was just a one-off incident or an off day rather than a recurring issue. 2*

This was one of my top 5 places I planned to eat at during my month long vacation in London. I wanted a falafel place and this Palestinian spot was perfect. These guys are lovable and friendly and they make a great sandwich at an inexpensive price and the sandwiches are very healthy for you. Falafel made on the spot while you wait. I recommend their most expensive sandwich and the spicy chips. Realize the more expensive the roll, the size doesn't increase, only the ingredients change. Unfortunately London is a house of ruins when it comes to hummus because they water it down with about a gallon of the Thames river, everywhere you go. Why doesn't anyone make their own hummus and do it right? There is indoor seating available with tables. My advice is buy your falafel and head deeper into Shepherd's Bush Market until you reach Osman's Juice, and there are chairs there under cover. Get some pure sugar can juice, freshly squeezed, and go to heaven, or he will mix anything he has to your your delight. May The Falafel be with you! Sorry, I missed taking photos, just ate the sandwich.

If you're not in Paddington, it's a chain and so many tossed a branches can be sampled in London. It is a bit expensive to be honest, but I do not mind spending an extra pound or two on food that I know is organic and not chemically processed. The bad part about this place is that there are no tables (well maybe two) as this place is all about take away, so don't come here for an eat in lunch.

Everything we tried was fresh and tasty and there were some really unusually fillings - lots of fancy deli stuff to choose from. Most of the salads come in under a fiver which is a bargain as the portions are huge. I might have to load mine up with a pasta of potato base, but if you're watching what you eat this is a great snacky option. And of course, if you pop down there in the next two weeks, you'll get to try out Qyper Mseasons' salad - she won the salad making competition and her salad will be on sale for everyone to try! Well worth popping into, even if it's not the first place you'd think of for lunch.

This has mainly delighted me due to trying several local salad chains to my office and missing my daily chop'd. Anyone wondering what this elusive chop'd is of which I speak? It's in essence a salad fast food chain which serves up salads made to order as you go along choosing the delights you want in your salad. Today I had lettuce, pasta, red onion, tomato, sweetcorn and ham, with a fat free dressing called sesame soy. It was delicious, as I knew it would be, because Chop'd is consistently good quality ingredients. They aren't stingy on the contents either, mine was fully loaded with all the good stuff. This chop'd branch is smaller than most, but the queue was comparitvely small (the one in spitalfields used to be about 50 deep sometimes). They have most ingredients that the big stores have, and the staff are nice. Thank god. Salad harassment via Yelp over now I've found my BFF Chop'd again.

Opened last May I managed to totally ignore it for the first few weeks of it's existance....dismissing it as 'just another chicken shop' until one afternoon in late summer I popped in after an afternoon at The Emirates watching Arsenal win. I had an hour to turn it around from football yob to Siren and was strarving so popped in to pick up something to eat on the hoof. The owner, Sati was there and immediately struck up conversation and was very insistent I bring home a taster of everything in his display fridge, curries, dahls, rice dishes, naaans etc...well...that was it...I was hooked. I ordered the very next day and it's become a very big weekly treat....it's not just the curries that are good....his kebabs are amazing...especially th mega munch, grilled chunks of lamb and chicken served with a wonderful home made chilli sauce, salad and wrapped in the best naan bread i've ever had (he has a tandoor oven and a proper pizza oven) all for £4.95. Try the tandoori chicken with salad and naan for £3.95, amazing, as is pretty much everything else....they deliver, they are charming and frankly all takeaways should be like Munch. Sati cooks the curries himself and each one is a little slice of heaven. I haven't had the pizzas or the fried chicken...but can highly recommend everything else.

It was my first ever visit to Nando's ... a friend asked me to go there and try his fav dish in his behalf, when visiting london, so I did so. At first we had to wait in the line for like 10,15 min. I ordered the half chicken, and as my two sides, I got the spicy rice and coleslaw. Both were good and a nice combination with the chicken. My friend got the chips and they turned out amazing with the peri peri sauces (the wild herb peri peri). I found the medium peri peri sauce still a bit too spicy for me, but the herb peri peri was milder. The place was crowded and lively, I loved it!!! And the only downside is that I prefer Pepsi, but they only had coke. All together, a decent experience and if I fancy chicken and don't feel like having shish kebab, or Persian kabab, I'll go for the Nando's chicken :) It's a 3.5 star for me, because I'm just not so much into fast food or chains but it's just a personal preference, and Nando's still a really nice place. And one great thing about them is that you can get a nice beer from Mozambique (or other alcoholic drinks with your meal)
