It used to be that I would have to struggle to get my mouth around those delicious meat balls. But over the past three visits, the meat balls are subpar! I seriously thought they were just running low on meat the first time my sandwich had two meatballs. The last two times the meatballs have been the size of marbles. I really would love to continue eating here but I can't support the lack of food that I've been given the past three times. It's been a hard and sad decision because I loved their meatball sandwiches but honestly "Where's the Beef?" If you fix the issue, please shoot me a message because I really do love the food. I just can't validate spending $10 plus my gas to get a sandwich full of sauce, two micro meatballs and a bunch of sauce. Please make it right again. Please!

Sully's Steamers makes it very clear on its webpage that it's not your typical bagel joint. No toasted bagel here. I took a quick look at the menu, which is extensive; it looked intriguing. As their name suggests, all their sandwiches are assembled then steamed. Naturally, this creates an extra soft bagel. By their own admission this also creates and a gooey, melty, messy sandwich. Well maybe they don't say messy, but by the napkin "gauge", my California Steamin was a bit messy. My wife went with the Pirate. Did it work? With the "sammys" we had, yes! Tasty, not toasty. The young people taking our order and making our food were pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work.. I think we'll be back to try the other 28 or so sandwich choices!

I can count on one hand how many times I have made a negative post such as the one ahead, but the…read moresituation my wife was in this morning is the type that I cannot be quiet about. This morning, while at Momma Rabbit's Nibbles and Sips, my wife, our barely 2 year old son and a friend were told by who I assume to be one of the owners, that if she was not able to "quiet" my child down, she would have to "take him outside" for fear that he make start to "rile other kids that were there up, and we can't have that". My son, who, again is barely 2, sat in his high chair the entire time, threw not one piece of food on the ground, and sat as politely as a 2 year old could, occasionally cheering "YEAHH" whenever our friend or my wife did something he found entertaining. YES his voice was elevated the few times he cheered, YES there were SIX other children of varying ages in the restaurant all making noises (as all children do), YES it is a very casual restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, and YES there was a grown man sitting at a table near them talking on the phone, on speaker I will point out, for several minutes. So to say that both her and our friend were shocked would be the understatement of the year. We have visited this restaurant on countless occasions, with friends, with my wife, with my children, purchased freezer meals from them, done our parts of supporting a small local business, all to be told to quiet our child down who was making far less noise than many other people were in this restaurant. My wife spent most of her young adult and adult career working in and managing numerous successful restaurants spanning an almost 11 year period. I am appalled, disgusted, and saddened at this clear lack of compassion, professionalism, and customer service. And we wonder why moms are fearful to take their children out in public these days. We will unfortunately not return to Momma Rabbits, ever.
