I really like this location! The food is always fresh and/or hot coming out. I always have GREAT service at this location! Very clean and inviting to walk into. There is a younger gentleman who kicks ass while making orders and always aims to please his customers. Even when there are about 5 people waiting in line, he is quick and sufficient. I always order online, and my food is usually ready for pickup within 10 minutes. I really like that because I can get my food quickly. However, the lettuce often doesn't look very fresh. Still, I appreciate that they put plenty of vegetables in the sandwich. I'm giving three stars because one time I ate a sandwich here and ended up having diarrhea afterward. read more

I generally dislike writing 1 star reviews, but if anything deserves it it's this Subway. This HAS to be the most poorly run Subway on the planet. I have endured some rude employees, slow service, and poor store conditions over the years purely because this location is close and convenient, but I can't any longer. The other night, we walked in at 8:30pm. For the record, they close at 9pm. The extremely rude woman behind the counter insisted we couldn't order because she was closed, while she was actively making a sandwich for her male friend who was standing with her at the counter. When she told us they were closed and not accepting orders, the man said to her "you can do that?" and she told him "Yeah, I can close if I want to." We walked out. Last time I checked Subway, your whole job is making and selling sandwiches. Ignoring posted hours and turning away customers probably isn't a great strategy. I hope this location gets some attention from corporate. I highly recommend avoiding it. Oh, and they don't take coupons here either. read more

I had been craving subway for days. I go to this address hoping it would fulfill my cravings for it. When I get back home I notice my bread is hard and there is barely any dressing on it. I continue to eat it because I was hungry. I eat as much of the sandwich as possible and then I notice there is a hair. It wasn't mine, it was a workers. Do we not wear hair nets anymore? We placed an order online, it was supposed to be ready at 1220, we got there to pick it up at 1235, and were told it had not been started. Kyle was rude, and said online orders were not going to be started until the customer walked in the door (defeats the purpose of an online order). My coworker asked his name, he said it is Kyle. She told him that we order online so it can be ready when we pick it up. When he completed our order, he said to her, "I could spit in your food and throw it in the trash". If you enjoy Subway don't order from this store. I have eaten at Subway from coast to coast and this doesn't location does not even deserve one star! My order today was delivered by Door Dash and the delivery was great but order was completely screwed up. Bread was doughy, both sandwiches were ordered with double meat and one was correct and the other only had enough meat for 3 inch sandwich. Both sandwiches ordered with pepper jack cheese and we both got pavolone cheese. The tuna salad salad had at less then half a scoop of tuna when there should on been two. No salad dressing at all even though it was on my receipt. When I called and complained the manger said he would give me new sandwiches and one new salad but I had to come pick it up. If I could of picked it up myself I wouldn't of ordered it from Door Dash. He then told me sorry for my trouble and hung up! read more

Worst Subway I have ever been to. If I could give this place lower than one star I would. Came into the store at about 740pm, and one worker was stacking chairs and the dinning room. The other was making subs... they close at 9pm by the way. About 6 people in line in front of me, and one came in right behind me. Instead of stopping stacking the chairs and help his coworker the employee just continues to stack chairs. Took about 45 min to get my sub. Will never come back to this subway again. I visit Subways often and I was shocked when I visited this location. The serving station where they make the sandwiches was nasty, the glass and around the containers. I was going to get a salad but I was scared of how fresh the ingredients were. I would have left but I was walking while I stayed at a hotel close by. It's my first time in Kansas and I decided to go to subway I looked on the menu online to see what I wanted ahead of time . I knew that the sandwich came with particular things on it . The guy that was taking my order immediately gave me an attitude from when he asked what type of bread I wanted. I didn't feed into his attitude at first because I assumed he didn't mean to come off that way. As he proceeded to make my sandwich his attitude continued. Throwing my sandwhich around, and saying something under his breath I could've swore I heard him ask "was I slow" but I'm not too sure. Soon after asking repeatedly what kind of cheese I wanted I told him which ever cheese normally came on that sandwhich. He continued to ask and throw his hands around the area of the cheese like he was sick of standing there. After I answered he threw my sandwich into the toaster and that was it. I have never in my years of customer service or working in the food industry been dealt the amount of attitude to and from customers. Went in for a samich on a Sunday afternoon. Not a good decision. The service was pretty slow and basically incompetent. After 2 tries I finally left with a sub that was pretty bad, the bread was so dry and hard it was almost inedible. The veggies were the bright spot, although the cost was pretty low too so I can't complain about price. I usually go to Jimmy Johns and will continue to do so, Subway just can't compete. Jimmy Johns has really fast service, a drive thru for busy people, delicious soft bread and tasty fillings. read more

Will not step foot in this Restraunt again. I ate lunch there because it was convenient from where I was working. All I had for breakfast was an apple sauce so I was hungry. Ordered a foot long meatball sub and some chips, three hours later I started getting clammy and cold sweats, luckily I made it home to start throwing up and continued to throw up several times till midnight. Finally got to sleep around 1am. Next morning I called the manager and told her what happened and she claims she got the meatballs herself and there's nothing wrong with them..
