Most the staff is pretty good to deal with. There are some weirdos though as well..foods decent. Typical McDonalds.

This McDonald's is reliably terrible. We have waited here more than an hour for a medium fry and 2 cokes This evening we waited over 20 minutes for our order and it was incorrect. Not only is it the longest drive thru wait ever. This location gave my bag of food to the car in front of me who opened it, dug through it and handed it back to the worker. Worker tried to give it to me and because I didn't want food that a stranger touched I had the door slammed in my face. Worker wouldn't give me new food that was untouched. Asked for my money back after paying with Apple Pay and was told they needed to the physical card to return my money. Shouldn't have gone to begin with but that was insane. read more

Used the mobile app for the first time to save time during my lunch. Got in line at the drive through and waited close to 20 minutes to get through it. Confirmed my order and had to fight my way through the ready of the line with the two lines merging. Mainly wanted some fries and a McRib. If you're looking for an example of inefficiency, come here. After you order your meal at the drive in window, they have you sit in a queue to wait for your food. The guy at the window claims it's to help their overall processing time on the computer but the customer still waits. It's a horrible way to do business. Probably the best McDonalds in the entire world. Staff are always friendly and go all out to please the customer. McKenna is fantastic. Food is always hot and fresh. The place is always very clean. I haven't been to a McDonald's in any state that can compete with this one. read more

Haven't been in at least 6 months. Never get our order right. Tried again last night, big mistake. Ordered a quarter pound deluxe, no mustard. I did not order the quarter pound cheeseburger but that's what I got. Not only did it have mustard but it also came with not one but two slices of cheese! When I specifically said no cheese. I only come here when I'm hungry and even sonic is closed. I absolutely love their fries but this is my very last thought. Newho mentioning the fries again they are always hot and salty like I love them. They have a new batter for the chicken tenders, which makes them look like they came from a fancier place than McDonalds. Very much crispier than the last variation of them. I am still upset that they only give you one sauce box for 3 strips!! I should be having 2 with the size of them, and made to pay for the third one. I ordered a hot chocolate with my meal and being that the person who took our order was extremely new and had only been on the headset for 20 minutes she got the size wrong and they end up giving up the smaller cup and a large cup for free due to the mistake. Very polite at this hour and energetic. I loved that experience. Don't remember the other experiences to much but this last one Tuesday night staff, they are sweet as pie. I was passing through and stopped at this location just to order a couple Egg McMuffin sandwiches!! I went inside placed my order at the kiosk and waited and waited and waited for 30 minutes! I asked the cashier Dork how much longer he said soon! I told him I have to leave so give me a refund. He told who I assume was the manager I wanted a refund. This Big Butt Bitch came with an attitude got my money and basically through it on the counter in front of me and walked her ugly Big Ass off! Veryyyyy disrespectful to say the least!! I will never return to this place. Sad to say I was born and raised here! The Owner needs to clean house of these idiots. I really try not to visit this location, because it's always unpleasant. The line is constantly outrageous, they don't fill your fry containers, they have no hospitality, and they only do pickup through the drive through so there's no way to avoid the line. The kids cups were only filled 3/4 of the way with most of it being ice, and they kept asking for my order number AND my full name ??? No McDonald's has asked me for my full name so many times, it got weird. read more

Walked up to the entrance well before their dining room hours closed for the night and an employee who was texting on her phone saw me approaching. First off I know my local McDonald's.. been going sense 06. So I know they serve lunch until 4 a.m. I show up thirty minutes before. Grills should still be on. However they were not.
