What disappointed me was the manager's response. While I was speaking with the employee, I noticed the manager and decided to discreetly say something to her. I explained that this type of order mix-up had happened several times over the past month. The manager never acknowledged me, offered an apology, or addressed my concern. Instead, she walked away from the counter and began washing her hands near the drive-thru area. I was surprised by how unprofessional and dismissive the interaction felt. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. However, a simple acknowledgment or apology from management would have gone a long way. The employee handled the situation appropriately, but the manager's lack of customer service left a negative impression.
