None of my lightning cords would charge so I'm thinking, "Crap! I gotta get a new phone ... but I don't wanna drop cash on a new phone!" Fortunately, I was turned onto these guys and man, am I thankful. What would've or could've been a $150 - $1K repair/new phone turned out to be a $20 solution! Simple cleaning & it works great. The big man working the desk didn't even charge me!!! He kept asking what I wanted him to do. I will admit my voice started to rise. He said I was disrespecting him and he would have to ask me to leave. When I mentioned corporate, he said I was threatening him. I told him I would wait for another rep but, this manager would not stop talking so I left. I'm not going to say don't go to this store but beware of the store manager Zach, didn't get last name. That store has lost my business because of one bad actor.
