Woah, think sketchy and then immediately change your opinion…read more... At first glance from the outside this location is simply a gas station and convince store. It is not the cleanest or most well kept location you have ever seen and some patrons are rough around the edges, but never judge a book simply based on its cover. Sketchy was my initial thought but when I went in and asked if they had cigars as the signage advertised a humidor, I was handed a key and pointed in the right direction, and then was simply amazed. This location has a full humidor complete with brands such as Cohiba, Tabik, Drew Estate, AvM, and AJ Fernandez just to name a few, and at reasonable prices. They also have other brands that are not as hard on the wallet that are still enjoyable sticks. There are some empty areas and boxes on the shelves, as are present in almost any retail humidor, but still a large area that was quite reasonably stocked for the location. If you are looking for a few quality sticks to enjoy with friends and don't feel like making the drive to KC or Weston, stop buy and take a peek, you will be pleasantly surprised!

The guy working the register seemed more interested in listening to the rap music that was full of four letter words than he was in helping me out. since this is one of 3 gas stations open at 5:30am I think I will stop at the one down the street just to avoid the bad customer service and I won't have to listen to bad rap music.

Conveniently close to base, which is great when you need a quick snack, caffeine boost, or a late-night taquito you'll regret but also kind of love. We asked the attendant a question and they were super kind and helpful--shoutout to good customer service in unexpected places! You can pick up Amazon packages here, which is a win. Just don't show up with a huge backpack--there's a sign on the door about no large bags inside. Pretty sure that's a theft-prevention thing, which is understandable but a little inconvenient if you're just passing through. Felt relatively safe overall, though the stream of people walking in and out is... let's just say colorful. Definitely makes the visit more entertaining. Nothing fancy, but solid and reliable. 7-Eleven, doing what 7-Eleven does best.

I've been shopping at this store since it opened. In addition to buying cups of ice here 2-3 times…read morea day, I buy everything from gas to milk when I run out and don't feel like driving to Walmart. Today I stopped in for a cup of ice and did my usual, handing the cashier exact change and telling her I'm just getting a cup of ice. She was just finished with the only customer in line, but usually I'll do the same if there's a long line. Nobody has ever told me this is a problem for years of doing it 2-3 times a day. Today though she decided it's a problem and, instead of politely asking me not to do it anymore, she raises her voice so everyone in the store turns to look. She says, "SIR, I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF A TRANSACTION! YOU DO THIS TO ME EVERY DAY!!" I responded as I walked to get my ice that she could have simply asked me not to do it anymore without being so rude about it. I got my ice and started to walk out the door. She was standing at the end of the counter talking to this heavy-set, bright red haired, off-duty employee, who I guess is some sort of supervisor, telling her that I do this every day. I said, "All you had to do was say something without being a rude bitch about it," and I walked out the door toward my car, which was parked in the closest handicapped parking spot. The off-duty supervisor followed me out the door like she was going to become physical with me. She was yelling at me like a wild animal. I turned around and said, "Who the EF are you talking to you fat pig?" She actually said, "I may be a fat pig, but I bet you'd like it if I sat on your face!" I can't believe how lacking these people are with common sense customer service etiquette. Both of these employees need to be fired, and the store management needs to be changed. She told me I'm not allowed back in "her" store. I laughed as I drove away. The sad thing is I used to enjoy shopping at this store. I'll make the extra trek to Casey's from now on.
