The driver sat parked in my neighborhood for about 45 minutes without delivering the order, and our food didn't arrive until nearly two hours after it was placed. I called and texted the driver multiple times with no response. When I contacted the Casey's store, I was told that once the order was handed off to DoorDash, it was completely out of their control. I wasn't offered a refund, any guidance on how to resolve the issue, or any effort to make things right. If Casey's chooses to partner with DoorDash for deliveries, there should be a clear process for customers to get help when something goes wrong. Passing responsibility back and forth leaves customers with no accountability, cold food, and a frustrating experience.

The pharmacy staff is great! Especially Fiona! Though the pharmacy staff is very busy they always take time to answer my questions. Which has really helped me out more than once. I also always get my flu shots here due to the customer service. I do wish they (Walgreen corporate) would add one more resource, permanently, to this pharmacy. I moved all my prescriptions to this Walgreens because of the great staff. But seeing them over-worked on a regular basis when it is obvious there is a need for another position (and it can be afforded) makes me wonder not about this specific Walgreens (because they are awesome) but about their corporate headquarters and why they are willing to risk losing less loyal customers due to the pharmacy being under-staffed. It says a lot about the corporation on how they treat their employees. Back to why they get five stars: When I enter the store, whomever is working the register always greets me with a welcome and hello and offers to help me find whatever I need. The store is very clean and is usually well-stocked. These are big ones for me because that is not true everywhere. I really appreciate the staff taking care of the store. Excellent parking right next to the entrance, thankfully, with plenty of spots. Easy to get in and out, which makes it very convenient. Lastly....Love their sales!

The other day I put online to order some eye drops for pickup. The cost of the eye drops, before…read moretax, was $9.59. Their guideline, for a pickup order, is a minimum of $10. That was 41 cents short of the minimum required, so the order would not go through. I called and spoke to the store manager and asked if they could waive the 41 cent shortage and was told absolutely not. I called Walmart and arranged a pickup order, for the same price, without any hassle. Then I called Walgreens corporate and explain the situation. Corporate told me that's the policy. It amazes me, that a company was such low ratings, refuses to bend at all for their customers.

I am honestly blown away by how good their specialty coffee is. And it is a solid $2 cheaper compared to other places. Then I just walk into the store and grab it! No lines and no waiting! It's awesome! This QT is especially nice in the sense that I have consistently experienced excellent customer service regardless of who I interacted with.
