Such a fun hidden gem inside the library! There's plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. The space…read moreis large and bright, with fun artwork of coffee cups hanging from the ceiling. I wanted to try the s'mores cold brew and one of Chingu's famous breakfast burritos. And today happened to be the day! The employees are friendly and make things fresh to order. My cold brew was delicious and full of flavor, and the marshmallow cold foam took it to the next level for me. My Chingu sausage burrito was served hot and had a great flavor too. The red go sauce has an asian flair to it. I loved it! And it is a great complement to the sausage, egg, cheese and potato in the fresh tortilla. It was probably the best breakfast burrito that I have had! Wow! Such a fun local coffee shop that you have to visit!

It surrounded by windows, which is nice and they have a cool overhead display of tons of white coffee mugs at varying he suspended above. The coffee was good, my husband had a hot honey badger latte with oat milk, and I had an iced honey badger latte with oat milk. We both enjoyed them. The service was not very good. I originally went to the counter to pick up a menu and look at it before we walked over since my grandson was playing in the children's area. I wasn't even standing by the cash register, but standing to the side and the young girl that worked there was rude and asking if I needed anything. I just told her that I was looking at the menu prior to coming back to order and then asked about any syrup for a tea. So then eventually, we did go back and she was rude that time, but not only to me but pretty much everyone that walked up there. She was the only worker so I don't know if she felt overwhelmed, even though there wasn't a ton of people coming up there or if that was her regular attitude. But barista's make up a good portion of whether people enjoy a space. The table and chairs were contemporary basic and for some reason in that particular coffee shop I felt like everyone was on view and really didn't seem like you had privacy. So we chose to take our coffee into the Knies library area against a large window that overlooked prairie, grasses, and wildflowers and enjoyed it there. So I would say a five star for the coffee, but it's getting a three star for the barista, the two times that I interacted with her and the seating.
