This is a review for Casey's pizza. I am on a kick and reviewing pizza places for the next few months as much as I can without gaining weight lol. Casey's is a great go to for pizza. They are extremely consistent with their product. They offer a taco pizza that is really nice with meat, beans, cheese. Then, they top it with fresh lettuce, tomatoes and crushed Doritos after the bake. If you have the Casey's app, there is almost always a deal. For example, today it was buy one large pizza get one at 50% off. We chose their sauage breakfast pizza which is always a great product. All their large pizzas have 12 slices and 2-4 slices make a meal. Also, if you order through the app, it tracks your purchases and your 10th pizza is free. Pro tip, they have little ranch dressings on the counter that are so good to dip your crust in. read more

My spouse stopped in for a fountain drink with his own cup l. None of the Coke products were were working. He filled his own cup with water - no ice. He stopped to tell the cashier the fountain drinks weren't working and he just got water. The cashier tried to charge him for ice. He didn't get ice. Then he said they charged for water. How ridiculous! They give water away every time someone uses the facilities. Are they going to charge for that too? If the fountain drink you want isn't working at QT, they apologize for it being broke and give you a voucher for your next one. read more

I've lived in Kansas City for some time and I had absolutely no idea there was a Casey's General Store just south of 75th & Quivera. I wrote the location because while the other Casey's stores I've visited have been on the fringe of the KC metro area this location is literally smack dab in the middle of Johnson County and barely over a ten minute drive from where I live. Do you remember that scene in Home Alone where Kevin actually realizes he's all alone and he smiles? Yeah, that was me. Anyway, getting back to what makes Casey's magical, this store, like others, is super clean, offers free air and serves that delicious gas station pizza (looks like there are some sub options as well, but I've only eaten the pizza.) In addition, I have to acknowledge the staff. One time I stopped in and noticed the pizza selection was lacking. The employee in the area walked up to tell me he had three more in the oven and they'd be finished in about five minutes if I wanted to hang out. I did hang out and my pizza excellent. Another time I grabbed a slice and a fountain drink. The register clerk let me know there was a buy one get one free pizza slice special at the time if I wanted to take advantage of it. What a nice guy. If the above three paragraphs aren't enough for you, I'll recap what I've written above in a short synopsis. A fairly new location and I love it. I grew up in a small town where Casey's was our only option. This Casey's is huge, well-located, easy to access and exit, just fantastic. This is why I've never been into QT much: Casey's if so much better! I love their cookies, donuts, pizza...you can't tell me QT food even comes close. The gas is super cheap. I have to admit it...I'm always going to be a loyal Casey's customer. read more

Casey's brings back childhood nostalgia for me. I used to stop at one as a kid with my family on trips to my grandparents. We would get the Pizza here (a slice) and it was so good. Today the Pizza by the slice is still good -- perhaps even better. But, the breakfast pizza -- don't even mistake it as the regular pizza! I am not sure how the breakfast pizza can be such a disaster (one of the worst I've ever had) and how the regular Pizza always so great! Everything else is what you would expect at a Gas Station that is clean and up to standards of a good experience. I've never had any bad experiences at Casey's (any of them). I wouldn't drive out of my way to go to one though for anything other than the regular Pizza by the slice when in the mood for one. They are also $3 for a good sized slice, not too bad for a quick snack. They do serve full pizzas and you can order them on the app to pick up with far more toppings to choose from, but you have to order ahead for them and get a full pizza. I've never done it, but the app to order them (regular Casey's App), does offer far more choices for the Pizzas. read more

I'm officially a believer. QuikTrip used to be my go to every time, but since they've done a massive failure of a remodel, Casey's is where it's at. They're roomier, friendlier (less corporate-ish), and it seems easier to get in and out of this location than most QTs (75th/Switzer, 87th/Farley, and Metcalf/77th come to mind). The pizza is the real deal, prices are comparable to competitors, and it's just a better experience. read more

I'm really surprised to see so many 5 stars , I've lived here 57 yrs and it's sad to see what kind of place is on that corner when it first opened wasn't to bad but after a year or so it kept going downhill . Now it's a joke never any even close to fresh made food the employees are rude and act as though none of them even want to be there I have stood at the register for up to 5 minutes just being ignored until I asked for help most the time instead of getting me rung up so I can go they are more interested in watching someone or just seeing how slow they can movs just to see if they can get me to say something rude I don't know who does the hiring there but whoever it is should be fired it's a shame QT isn't still there it was so much better then. read more

DO NOT drive for this company they are thieves. They tell you one thing and do another. This is the first company that I have ever drove for that the longer you work for them the less money you make. They also screwed me over on over $3900 they owed me form vacation time I didn't use. I was told by my supervisor, the guy that hired me, and the administration lady in the office that it would be paid out on my last check as long as i have worked here at least a year and give a 2 week notice and wasn't there. This is my neighborhood Casey. The staff is super friendly and the food is good. The breakfast pizza is out of this world! The regular cheese pizza is good, but a little too greasy for me. The sandwich bar has been too slow for me. Every time I have ordered it it took a good 15 minutes - for no good reason. Last week, I warned a friend about it before she ordered. I ordered a taco pizza with wings and breadsticks. I stood there for 8 minutes and watched the 'cook' manhandle my pizza from one box to another. He mushed pieces around trying to form a circle with it in the new box he dumped it in. He then added tomatoes (receipt says no tomatoes). He then neglected to put chips on it which I didn't notice until I got home (super upset about this). I asked for taco sauce and he indicated they were out. Probably the best breakfast pizza I have ever had and would recommend it. Staff was friendly and very helpful as well. I grew up a small town where the only gas station was a Casey's. I've always loved their pizza and I always get a nostalgic feel going in. I have ordered there several times and havent really had STELLAR service but nothing that would stop me from ordering delivery- until last night. My order was expected to be delivered at 6:42 Pm. 7:05 rolls around and I call and ask for an update. The employee stated " ohhhh yeah just about to load it up and bring it over " I said okay and hung up. 7:27 rolls around and still no pizza. I love .07 miles from the location. A 3 minute drive. Where's my pizza!!! The man - Gary I believe finally arrived - didn't give an apology whatsoever. Didn't even act like my pizza wasn't almost 45 minutes late. Now I love Casey's pizza so much I am not saying I won't order again but delivery is out of the question. And they need a good lesson in customer service!!! read more

I was excited to see Casey's come to my part of Lenexa. Initially the staff was friendly and the store was well kept, but as time has passed this has become another disappointment in the fueling/convenience market. The staff has changed, likely due to wages and is loud and obnoxious with their conversations. The bathroom (men's) has urine all over the floor and gang writing on the tp dispenser. Staff ignores requests for tp to be restocked as well. Something blocks internet usage in the parking lot. If Casey's was trying to attract customers these things were not the way to do it. I'll be taking my lunch break elsewhere from now on! read more

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a pizza at 6:57. Left this terrible Casey's store at 7:45 with no pizza. Stood in the store for over 20 minutes waiting on a pizza that was supposed to be ready. Got the pizza and it wasn't the right pizza. Guy behind the counter said pineapple was on the ticket. Absolutely not. We hate pineapple on pizza and would never order that. Ordered online and the receipt clearly doesn't have any pineapple on it. Don't waste your time here. read more

Terrible place to get food and pump the gas. First of all Casey's to get into to the future such as Holiday and Kwik Trip. They don't have hot dogs for sale. I pump $ 25.00 in gas at the pump inside. They charge me for the gas. It seem that they didn't believe and they charge me again. The one in Altoona, WI was the fault, and all the Casey's need to be shut down. read more
