Charlie's Car Wash provides me a consistent, top-notch level of service each time I come by. Sure, I could do the wash myself, but when time is an issue and I'm going to get the same result, I will pay for the convenience factor. I signed up for one of the unlimited monthly wash plans ($40-ish) and I have absolutely gotten my money's worth out of that contract. I just pull up to the gate, the system recognizes my license plate and pulls up my options, and I drive right over to the entryway. The whole process takes maybe one minute from entry to exit. If I want extras, such as a hand detail, then I am given an option to tag that on to my overall order. The vacuums are free, they are easy to pull into, and there's always one open. You can always add a hand-detail option for $25-ish and I'd bet you would be very pleased with the level of detailed service that is provided! I know that some people can be finicky about who touches their car, but I feel pretty safe that my sweet ride gets treated carefully and mindfully each and every time. No fuss, no muss, and everyone is always friendly. Maybe a monthly subscription isn't in your range, but it's a deal if you are going weekly or more (like me) and gets my full seal of recommendation. Either way, Charlie's treats you right and delivers excellent service and value.

The guy at the kiosk when you pull in asked me right away if I had been there before and I said no. I asked if I was too big and he said he would ask for me. Another gentleman came out to check and said I was ok. As I drove around to the entrance and they double checked, I got the thumbs up. I was so glad they really took the time to make sure everything would work before sending me through. I was confident then that I was okay, as 3 of them made sure before hand. They spray your car by hand before you enter and pay attention to spots that are extra dirty and give them more attention which is nice. I also like that they had dry your car at the end. Most touchless car washes dont get all the crevices on my jeep very well and I always have areas that dont get washed. So I was glad with the hand spraying it got everything much better. They did a great job on my jeep, I will be back as this is the best car wash for my jeep I have found.

I forgot to take pictures of this place but it looked pretty similar to the other location except it was not really on a hill and was located on a flat area. I parked in a stall, swiped my credit card, and selected whichever mode to wash my car. I actually wanted to rinse off the salt from my car so I wasn't there to make sure every dirty part of my car was cleaned. Instead, I sprayed RainX, soap, and water to clean up my car. They even had an option for wax, but I didn't do that. I was there for at least 10 minutes and it was under $9 which was fine with me. I will probably come back to rinse off my car in the future.

Prices are reasonable for the wonderful service. They provide you with a ticket that allows you to come back and get another wash, in case it rains. The lady who works at the register is so sweet and I love the little air freshener she gives after you pay. The car is hand rinsed (which is always nice). Then of course your standard bubbles, bristles, and water fall rinse at the end. They provide a nice dryer time, so your car does not come out dripping wet (or limits the amount of water spots). Then a couple of gentlemen finish it up with microfiber cloths. My husbands favorite part is the giant, car-length mirror at the end. It is always nice to see how shiny and clean your car looks. Overall, I highly recommend you come here if you live in the northland!

What I noticed at this spot, was the staff wasn't really into it. In the same way. My usual spot, they lift up wiper blades and clear out that area, and really power wash off any big spots before you go through. At GO Car Wash? I sat there for a while while someone moseyed around, and didn't even start the car wash for the car in front of me while they sat waiting. There was no pre-wash, just time spent sitting there. Once in the wash, I don't know if it was broken or what, but it didn't clear a decent amount of soap off. It was like shampooing without rinsing, with just some heat blowers to push it off... So yeah, a waste of $10. There's water spots all over, and it still has bird poop on it. Won't be going back here.
