Shelia, who was working the entrance, walked me through the options and how everything (coffee bar, wash, vacuum) worked. It was such a fun experience and the car came out SPOTLESS! After the wash, I stopped briefly at the vacuuming station, but noticed there were separate detailing stations available. If I lived nearby, I'd definitely consider a membership.

I would've considered getting a car wash but someone being RIGHT THERE waiting in the parking lot and being completely dismissive from the jump made me not even ask for prices.

This carwash does NOT accept cash $ you mhave to use your debit/credit card or put your cash in the change machine for a gold $1 token in return. The owners or an employee is typically there from 9am- to 5pm. They are all nice respectful friendly the owners drive the big red trucks, a younger gentleman drives a corvette, there's an older Indian guy there, & I met an older white guy with a black GM pick up truck ALL of them are cool!!!! This is the best self service carwash in liberty MO in my opinion & it's 24/7/365 clay county sits by the vacuum pumps on the late nights 2/3am

Yet, they had different packages - yet as you can see by the pictures - there was nothing that stated what was different from each package. I ordered the most expensive package at $12.00 and there it asked if I wanted hot water and wax for $5.00 extra for both of them. I guess it was going to wash the vehicle with cold water beforehand? Anyways pulled in - and I was nervous for my vehicle since there was no guide-rails - as you can see. Wasn't too sure if I was too close to the left or to the right, just hoping that it wouldn't hit my car. So after my vehicle came out unscathed, I checked my vehicle a few hours later and it had all these watermarks all over it. Like it was hard water or those streaks you see on your dishes you see when you use cheap dish-washing detergent. For a car wash that cost to $20.00 - you expect that these water marks would at least not be on the vehicle or that spot free rinse would be a thing. I shouldn't have to wash my vehicle twice after going through a car wash - and that's exactly what I had to do.

Essentially they had MANY sodas spilled on them over the last two years, so they had set for an extended period of time. Communication was also super easy, there wasn't any extra upselling, the phone call where i booked the appointment and discussed pricing was no sweat, and they were cordial in person as well. I googled this place for a remote start install on my new car and had to return days later due to…read moremy check engine light coming on because of the bypass module and PCM. I asked beforehand if they had issues with installing on Chevy's and they assured me they don't. My vehicle is under manufacturer warranty and had no issues prior. Well........ I'm back less than a week later to try to get it either fixed or removed and they want to install another one? Doesn't make much sense to me. Also the guys that actually work on the cars seem nice but the other staff are not friendly and don't greet or even acknowledge you as a customer. The owner was very rude and casual about the issue they created. I would not recommend this business at all. Very cold and uninviting environment and does not seem to value your business. Product: NuStart $399.00 Update* my car is still in the shop, I'm paying diagnostic fees, uber fees and have yet to get a refund from this owner.
