Shelia, who was working the entrance, walked me through the options and how everything (coffee bar, wash, vacuum) worked. It was such a fun experience and the car came out SPOTLESS! After the wash, I stopped briefly at the vacuuming station, but noticed there were separate detailing stations available. If I lived nearby, I'd definitely consider a membership.

I forgot to take pictures of this place but it looked pretty similar to the other location except it was not really on a hill and was located on a flat area. I parked in a stall, swiped my credit card, and selected whichever mode to wash my car. I actually wanted to rinse off the salt from my car so I wasn't there to make sure every dirty part of my car was cleaned. Instead, I sprayed RainX, soap, and water to clean up my car. They even had an option for wax, but I didn't do that. I was there for at least 10 minutes and it was under $9 which was fine with me. I will probably come back to rinse off my car in the future.

Yet, they had different packages - yet as you can see by the pictures - there was nothing that stated what was different from each package. I ordered the most expensive package at $12.00 and there it asked if I wanted hot water and wax for $5.00 extra for both of them. I guess it was going to wash the vehicle with cold water beforehand? Anyways pulled in - and I was nervous for my vehicle since there was no guide-rails - as you can see. Wasn't too sure if I was too close to the left or to the right, just hoping that it wouldn't hit my car. So after my vehicle came out unscathed, I checked my vehicle a few hours later and it had all these watermarks all over it. Like it was hard water or those streaks you see on your dishes you see when you use cheap dish-washing detergent. For a car wash that cost to $20.00 - you expect that these water marks would at least not be on the vehicle or that spot free rinse would be a thing. I shouldn't have to wash my vehicle twice after going through a car wash - and that's exactly what I had to do.

Essentially they had MANY sodas spilled on them over the last two years, so they had set for an extended period of time. Communication was also super easy, there wasn't any extra upselling, the phone call where i booked the appointment and discussed pricing was no sweat, and they were cordial in person as well. I will definitely use their services again.

I asked beforehand if they had issues with installing on Chevy's and they assured me they don't. My vehicle is under manufacturer warranty and had no issues prior. Well........ I'm back less than a week later to try to get it either fixed or removed and they want to install another one? Doesn't make much sense to me. Also the guys that actually work on the cars seem nice but the other staff are not friendly and don't greet or even acknowledge you as a customer. The owner was very rude and casual about the issue they created. I would not recommend this business at all. Very cold and uninviting environment and does not seem to value your business.
