Julie (the General Manager) was most helpful regarding the large order we placed for delivery this week. She was friendly and professional, from the first phone call through the final text confirming that everything had been delivered and set up. She patiently answered all of my questions, ensuring we would receive everything we needed at the specified time. I did not speak with them, but I believe Dennis and Vickie also played roles in the successful preparation and delivery of this order. If anyone else participated, thank you!!! The amount of food was perfect and everyone enjoyed the sandwiches, cookies, chips and tea. I would recommend this Subway location for your next catering event. read more

On more than one occasion this subway has been a disappointment. They consistently get orders wrong, you want a toasted sandwich? They're not going to. You want a certain sauce?Count on getting the wrong one. I've given them 4-5 chances to get an order correct. They can't do it. They're also rude. I don't even think they can read up there. read more

I apologize I put in a review and it showed up on burnet not kingsland! This is to the one employee who ask me if she could help me , then proceeded to chat with her co worker for several min. I was the only customer in the dining room. So I said my order again and she said "you'll have to wait . We're making sandwiches" not what she said but the way she said it I should've left then! So I waited a few more minutes and another customer came in and this lady ask her if she could help her!!! I said are u going to take my order?? Obviously this lady has a bad case of being passive aggressive or just plain mean!! I will never set place in that subway again! Obviously the customer service is not a priority to some employees!!!!! read more

the girl who made my sandwich messed up twice then gave me attitude when she messed up my sandwich. she should focus on listening instead drooling out of her mouth. read more

New location in Kingsland Texas is NOT favorable at all. Dining area layout is useless, parking is not great, and you take your life in your own hands getting back out of the parking lot. Terrible location. Also no more soups??!! Wont be going back. read more

Ordered two subs got there past the time it was supposed to be done. Order wasn't started. Refund was issued. But it was because of them running out of printer paper. 20 minutes went by and there was only two customers in the shop. And two employees. Not that hard to refill the paper. read more

I came in from Austin for a lake weekend and ordered two catering boxes from this Subway. The staff was helpful, the store was clean, and the sandwiches were fresh and very good. read more

I go to subway alot and never have I had this issue. As I was eating my 12 inch chicken bacon ranch. And my family was eating BLT subs. My wife stopped me after I finished my first 6 inch she noticed hair that was in the dough and I don't mean 1 long strain it was a few. After I went up to tell the worker she only offered to replace a 6 inch due to only having about 8 inches left. And than no refund after showing her the sub with hair in it. She gave me a 6 inch to replace the sub. But I was to discussed to eat it. They need hair nets. read more

The ladies sho run this subway are so nice. Always willing to go the extra mile and make or even package my sandwich for long time travel by separating topping. Lovely people, always love my BLT. read more

Sammy jo had poor customer service, and made me feel like I wasnt welcomed at the establishment.

Placed an order on line and was supposed be ready by 7:35 pm. It was convenient for my wife to pick up after work and we were gonna have a late dinner. When she got there, the order wasn't ready, they were out of white bread and claimed to "call me" at the number provided which was not true. My wife changed it to wheat and was gonna have I it toasted and the toaster was broken. I'm glad we didn't make it a meal cause all they had were lays potato chips and nothing else. She finally walked out of the store at 8:05 and had to drive 15 minutes home so we will be eating at 8:30 and will be a much later dinner. This is our nearest store but if they are not willing to change I'll quit going. read more

Should've learned the past few times this year that going to Kingsland they will only mess up your sandwiches then one person in particular will be angry/rude to you when you go back in there to get the sandwiches re-made. I'm sorry, but if I break my forced health diet and end up sick or going to the hospital for a few days it sure won't be over subway. Both Marble Falls locations are fantastic I get them a few times a week and have only ever had one messed up sandwich (not sandwiches like Kingsland) and they we're super nice and apologized. It takes me 15min to even get to Kingsland and tbh I would just assume starve then visit that location ever again that won't happen (Go to Marble Falls or get the ingredients at HEB you'll for sure have a better experience). read more

This is a pretty good Subway. Since Kingsland is a pretty remote area there is rarely a line and the staff works quickly. It's priced fairly, about what you would expect from any other Subway. The manager and owner in particular are both very nice people and we love supporting them. read more

The place is okay. Not very clean and the two times I've been there the lady making my sandwiches and one tooth in the front. Normally I don't judge, but I have to say that was unsettling because I didn't want to appear to stare but I had to look to order. It was just awkward. But what she lacked in appearances, she made up for in personality! read more

I ordered a Garlic bread Meatball sandwich. To call those " meatballs" is truly a stretch of the imagination. It was a meat sauce with very small pieces of meat. Nothing like that shown on TV or on posters. Horrible. Normally very satisfied with this Subway but not this time. Hopefully, this a a one time occurrence and Subway is not trying to "cheapen" their product. read more

I'm pretty easy going - but while vacationing in the area I decided to order a couple of Subway sandwiches. The place didn't seem that clean - but it was the HORRIBLE hygiene of the employee that made my subs that really appalled me. This person did NOT change gloves even 1 time while I was there and I watch these details. This person was also wearing really dirty clothes - especially the pants. And while my subs were being toasted, this person was tapping their hands on their thighs with the beat of the radio. THEN, after the subs were toasted, this person asked me what toppings to add. She didn't change her gloves - reaching with filthy gloves into the toppings and contaminating everything with filth. OMG! When I got back to where I was staying I threw them away & told my friends about the experience. they laughed at me and told me that the Subway I visited had that reputation as did the other 2 that had the same ownership! We drove a short ways to a supermarket called "HEB" & purchased all the stuff needed to make subs & they turned out great. The moral of the story is watch carefully how your sandwiches are made. This subway is not only dirty but the practices are dangerous. What this town needs are health-inspectors that arrive unannounced & then rate the cleanliness with a letter posted on the front - like in Boston. read more

The employees here can be downright rude and CHEAP when it comes to food. I ordered a foot long with olives, they counted out a row of 6 tiny olive slices. When I asked for more olives the guy acted like he was doing me some sort of favor. I absolutely do not get why the place is so packed during the day with service like that. read more

My wife and I have eaten here many many times. They are consistently friendly and maintain a clean restaurant. Of all the Subways we eat at as we travel across country, none beats the Subway in Kingsland. Seriously. read more
