Disappointing Experience at Cinnabon - Marble Falls I ordered two cinnamon rolls expecting that warm, gooey treat you see in the photos. Instead, one of them was cold and so hard that my plastic fork snapped trying to break off a piece. Definitely not what I signed up for. I went back up hoping to exchange it for a warm one, and that's when things got weird. The manager came out and told me we should "just take it home and heat it in the oven." What? This is supposed to be fast food. Why should I go home and do the job they should've done in the first place? Then the manager told me it actually costs more to have it warmed up. Seriously? Isn't a warm cinnamon roll kind of the whole point? I found the whole thing super confusing and frustrating. I asked for a refund and got some weird receipt, but never got the actual refund. I can live without the $10, but being made to feel unappreciated and talked down to left a really bad taste. I even went back five days later to try and resolve it, and was told I'd have to speak to the owner - who still hasn't called me. I've spent way too much time chasing a refund or just trying to get a warm cinnamon roll, which should be a no-brainer. Either give me a warm roll, or give me my $10 back. That's it. read more

I was at the store in Marble Falls Thursday August 28. While I was there I observer employees cleaning tables and sweeping the floors after the diners left. As a result the restaurant is very clean and presentable. The restrooms are clean and checked on periodically. Well done read more

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE YELLED AT. The manager at this location yells at customers over simple questions and even refuses service. For context, I'm a 23-year-old woman who has worked in fast food and always goes out of my way to be kind to people in service jobs. I simply wanted to use my $5 medium sandwich deal from the app, but they tried to charge an extra $2 for cheese--on a turkey, cheese, and lettuce-only sandwich. That's three toppings for $7?! Most sandwiches include 10 toppings, including cheese, for no extra charge. I asked if they could ring it up as an original turkey sandwich and remove the extra toppings (olives, salami, etc.), since that would include everything I requested without the ridiculous cheese fee. The manager claimed I wasn't allowed to remove toppings--since when? I even said, "That's fine, just leave them on," because I could take them off myself rather than waste food. Apparently, that request was too much because he accused me of trying to "game the system." If anyone is gaming the system, it's them--charging $2 extra for cheese. Other locations have always rung up my order this way without issue. Then, with attitude and yelling, he told me he couldn't make another sandwich and that I would have to pay for the one already scanned on my reward. At this point, after listening to two minutes of unnecessary yelling, I matched his energy and pointed out that it is, in fact, his job to handle this situation. I don't eat here often but the times I do I really enjoy the sandwiches and the pizza. The wait isn't to long even when they are busy, the sandwiches are filling and big. I will say the price is a bit much for what you get though. But hey if you're in the mood for an Original then sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do. Twice!!! The first time I went in the lady at the front counter greeted me extremely awkwardly, then Didn't just glance but went out of her way to lean over the counter and start inspecting my tattoos, Just staring oddly with their head cocked sideways. I walked out without ordering anything. I called the manager and explained that Her actions and comments are intrusive and uncomfortable. Poor customer service!!!! We donated blood in marble falls and received a free sandwich because of it. Went to the Marble falls location to get our sandwich for saving lives. The manager refused to take the free sandwich card. staying it's out of there range. The card states Austin AREA! Not Austin. I ordered sandwich trays, salad, and cookies for an event, but accidentally scheduled the delivery time incorrectly. When I called they said, "no problem, we will get working on your order right away, but unfortunately will not be able to deliver." I was so thankful they could even complete the order in time for the event and happily went to pick it up. When I arrived they apologized as if it was THEIR mistake. This location is good at times! Depending on what time of day and who's working a certain shift depends on how the food is as well as the service. I have to give this location props! On 10/6/15 they had a special offer on the original sandwich and I was extremely impressed how fast my food came out and the service at the drive thru window was great for how busy it was! Can't beat spending $9 for two meals! I also had schlotzskys 10/7 (cmon this is a no judge zone). This time I got half a wrap and a salad. The goat cheese salad is to die for. (When they prepare is properly) the wrap was decent but nothing I can rave about. The inside of this location is a great size and they have a nice patio area outside. read more

I went through the drive up area, ordered the Large Original Schlotzsky's sandwich. I didn't open it or look at it. It cost over $11.00. When I got home, there was a WHOLE lot of bread, and about 1/8" of ingredients, consisting mainly of onion and tomato. What a rip off! I guess this means I'm finished with them. When you get cheated on ingredients, it can't be made up with a big thick piece of bread. That makes for VERY expensive bread. read more
