My dad comes here all the time. I rode my bike over there first the first time yesterday and had a great experience! The place is so cute and I finally met the man Scot himself! What an awesome hidden gem in Burnet. Came after a hike at Inks state park. Ordered a multiverse and bbq chicken. They recommended to have a bite there but ended up eating everything! Went back to try their hot honey pepperoni too. The cheese is Wisconsin whole milk and that made a world of difference. Crust was perfectly cooked with a nice char. The service was great as they gave recommendations and called me when order was ready since we came a bit early. This is out of a trailer and they have outdoor sitting so I think it's dog friendly as well. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try! read more

Scot's pizza is truly a taste of Naples in Texas. We were stunned by the high quality and authenticity. The margarita pizza was absolute perfection. It's hard to improve on that classic combination! The crust really is outstanding... I was floored. My husband tried the pepperoni paradiso, which had fresh mozzarella and pesto. It was delicious (fantastic pesto), but I only had eyes for the margarita. We also tried the bahn mi, which was superb! The inventive combination of bahn mi chicken, vegetables, herbs, and sauces in pizza form was incredibly delicious. I would definitely order it again. The meatballs were great, too, topped with a delicious tomato sauce, Parmesan and a generous dollop of ricotta. Scot took excellent care of us. Probably the most generous and outstanding service we have ever received. He offered us complimentary cherry dole soft serve while we waited (very refreshing), and when the food arrived he offered us cold bottled water, brought out fly deterrent fans for our food, and even brought us a GORGEOUS loaf of bread fresh out of the oven, with olive oil and herbs to dip it in... WOW! Thank you, Scot! It was the best bread, which tells you everything you need to know about the pizza crust. Absolutely perfect. What an incredible blessing to have this gem in Burnet!! Our table was well shaded by a canopy, and I'd love to bring my kids back to this family-friendly place. In addition to the wonderful owner, the two employees we interacted with were delightful and helpful. There is a fire pit and I noticed cute little fairy light jars on a side table, so I bet it's super charming at night. There were even overflow pizza ovens out back, so it looks like it would be lots of fun to be there when it's busy. There was plenty of parking, and you order on your phone via a QR code that takes you to a very polished website. I'm super hesitant about eating at a food truck but so glad we took a chance and stopped! Outstanding pizza!! We had the hot honey pepperoni/Italian sausage and the multiverse. They were both incredible. The owner brought out two basil sandolos for us to sample which were so savory. We had to get a Nutella bialy for the road and the owner included a peach bialy. I ordered the Multiverse pizza which was a cousin to a supreme. Oh I don't even know how to explain how good it was!! It was heaven!! The crust, the ingredients, pure heaven! Had a little trouble finding the place because we didn't realize it was a food trailer, and it sits quite a ways off the road. Once we ordered, our pizzas arrived in about 10 minutes. The pepperoni pizza was delicious. Some of the best I have ever had. The crust was amazing. The sauce was very good. My friend ordered the meat lovers, and it was covered in meats, including big pieces of bacon. He agreed it was great pizza. They have a wide variety of Coca-Cola products and Fanta drinks. There were about 6 picnic tables for dining. They had some games to play while you waited for your pizza. There is plenty of parking. The owner and his assistant were very nice. read more
