Placed an online order for 2 FL not to long ago, order went through but customer cancelled my order, now I have to wait within a week for my refund. I called no answer at all so I decided to stop by since I was on my way home from work. Asked the customer why did he cancel the online order, at first he said it went though, then he said it was the machine so now I can't re order really upset because I was using what I had left to feed myself. I was in Justice, IL on business one evening and had about 15 minutes to eat before my meeting. I passed an innocuous looking Subway attached to a gas station and decided this would be fast. The gas station (and I do not recall the brand) was simple and had not only a Subway but a convenience store that appeared to rival what you might see at a large truck stop. There were two women working behind the Subway counter. They greeted me appropriately. They were friendly and acted happy to be there. In many of my visits to Subways around the country, the workers act as if they were sentenced to work there. The attitude they showed made all of the difference. As for the food. Well, it's Subway. Subway is remarkably consistent across their stores, even though it is franchised. I had their sub of the day (advertised at $3), turkey. I skipped the side but did order a Coke. I was a little surprised when the price came out to just under $6. How much do they charge for a small fountain drink??? I want the owners to know they have some great people working there. They made my quick visit a good one. read more

If you are person with a disability or have a.loved one or family member that's disabled please don't visit this business. They have 1 parking spot for persons with disabilities. It's has the painted figure of a person in a wheelchair on the pavement but it hasn't been repainted for many years. I have asked the owner on multiple occasions to repaint and put up an actual sign. He tells me every time that he'll happily do it. I've been asking for almost a year and nothing has been done. They even installed new concrete barriers to keep people from accidentally driving into the building. I asked several weeks ago if a sign could be put up and the owner said would do it. Still no sign. This morning I was there and a non-handicap person was in the only disabled spot. They had not salted or shoveled the sidewalk and I had to go from the last spot walking through uneven ice , slow and slush to make my purchase. I will never go there again. I'd rather drive out of my way than spend any money at a business that cares so little for persons with disabilities. read more

I am pretty much a regular here. The employees that work here always welcome me with a smile and know how I like my sandwich or wrap made. I'm pretty sure I have met all of the employees there and not one of them were rude or disrespectful in any way. This Subway is located at a gas station so I might see why some reviewers say it is ghetto but I have always felt comfortable with the people there. It can be quite congested so you have to be careful going in and out. I tried their personal pizza there and it was surprisingly delicious. One of my favorites there is the veggie wrap depending on who is making it. With wraps, it isn't only what is in the wrap that makes it good but how it is folded. I don't like having to have too much wrap in a single bite. read more

This is one of the few Subways I actually would go to. Its local and I walk there from time to time just for a sandwich, hangout with friends and talk with the employees. They have some great ones who make your visit fun. Never had any issues with my sandwiches. read more

Veggie-Delite with 9 Grain Honey Oat. Kelly had the same. If we go to a subway it's usually what we order. Even though the food is fresh it is just not anything special. Andy's Blackberry Concrete, now that's special. Anyway, I did like the fact that the fountain had unsweetened ice tea--and it was good. I agree with other Yelper that this location is Ghetto. Stopped there one morning before work and was served by a Ghetto Female employee. I told her my order and she rolled her eyes as she asked me What Bread You Want. When I was paying she started arguing with employee at gas station next door. I go to this subway all the time, seeing as it is right by my house, I have never had an AWFUL experience until last night. After a night of being out, my friend and I were very hungry and decided to go into subway, we were both in pretty good moods until we go into subway. First of all, the woman working took forever to just put her gloves on, and then she did not even greet us. This woman working was acting extremely annoyed that she had to serve us...(oh sorry to make you work..at your job!). My friend and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt (I am sure an overnight shift at a subway in Justice, IL isn't really the greatest gig). However, no matter how nice we were, the only response we received was a grunt or moan. The woman then did not ask me how I wanted my sandwich, so I told her that I would like it toasted, she said that she was cleaning the oven.....(right), without an apology or anything. I mean, come on, we all know subway sucks without it being toasted! I then proceeded to tell my friend that instead of immediately eating our sandwiches at the establishment, like we had originally planned, I would like to take them home because the employee's attitude was making me feel uncomfortable. Now here comes the thing that threw me over the edge... As my friend was going to pay for her sandwich, the lady swiped her card and then told her that it was declined!! We said "are you serious?" and then she said "I'm kidding". So basically, this lady with zero personality, completely monotone JOKED by embarrassing my friend in front of a high dude with dreadlocks!! read more
