I was excited for the chorizo, jalapeno jack cheese, over easy egg and ham. I couldn't taste the chorizo or jalapeno jack. It really felt like a ham and egg with a mild cheese. The olives were small and could have benefitted from a light tempura batter (not Italian, I know) to add some textural variety and could have been better with larger olives and maybe some stuffed with that delicious Bleu cheese. One of the cheeses was inferior to me, sort of flavorless and maybe that's because the Bleu cheese was so outstanding it just couldn't compare.
