I went to get two sandwiches for the beach this morning and Lily was the person making the sandwiches. She was abrupt and somewhat rude when asking what toppings we wanted. She was rushing us to tell her what we wanted, "and, and, and...". She put way too much mayo on the sandwich, making it gross. When my girlfriend asked for a cookie, Lily rudely said to wait until she was finished making the sandwiches. She was definitely not into her job. I wouldn't return to this location. read more

Used to come here all the time growing up until I moved, came back because they make good sandwiches here. This time I come back I get two sandwiches and I see a bug in my food. I call and they deny it and get mad at me and tell me to bring the sandwich. When I bring it back all I want is a refund and then they are yelling at me saying that it's impossible. Well, it's not. I took a picture of the bug and they keep denying. One star. The kid and the older lady are super fucking rude. I was in HB for work for one day and my office is right across the street from Subway. I went in to see one of the cleanest Subway's I have ever seen. This Subway is different from any other Subway I been too! Has a sofa, coffee table, fake fireplace and a large TV to watch sports. Makes you feel like your at a sports bar of some sort. The place can be tight due to limited seating and parking is tough with other businesses marking their parking slots. The food is your typical Subway and the service is pretty good and fast. The Manager is the driving force behind this location cause she gets the assembly line moving! read more

When I called them and came back to the store, the employee seemed more concerned with the 2 bites I took instead of not making it correctly. No I'm sorry or that stinks you had to drive back. I came into this Subway no more than an hour past opening. My family and I thought we'd stop by right before a day out because it was too hot to cook. I must say the sandwich artist Ravi was very patient with my family which is something we find difficult because of my younger brother's Torrets syndrome, and my daughters physical disabilities. So...this shopping center location for this Subway can look kind of unpleasant. But trust me once inside all your expectations will be blown away!! Every time I have walked into this Subway the owner greats me & everybody with "Welcome to Subway"!! They have the usual table & benches for people to sit at & then so much more!! They have 2 flat screen TV's, one in line so you can watch while you wait & the other in the sitting area so you can watch while you eat. Below the sitting area TV is a faux fire place that is actually like a heater & a sofa with coffee table. They also have a little chat set in case you just want to sit & relax with your friends. The food is always good...as good as you would get at any other subway...nothing more & nothing less. I have never had bad service from anybody working at this location, they are always pleasant & helpful. In my opinion what puts this Subway at the top of the charts is the effort they put into making you feel at home with the atmosphere. read more
