My wrap is ALWAYS falling apart after 1 bite. The Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap is always inconsistent. Some days it is overloaded with parmesan cheese, and other days there's barely any. The same goes for the chicken and cucumbers. It feels like you never know what you're going to get. This one was far too sweet and ordered as a tuna melt... where call me crazy but the cheese should be melted? It was not melted. It was just not a normal tuna salad at all. Disappointed. I am a longtime loyal patron of Board & Brew. Ordered a Cobb salad to be delivered because I cannot leave my office. I have had this salad many times (at this location) and was expecting the same quality. It is not! The lettuce and cucumber are old! Brown lettuce almost grey cucumber the cheese looks, feels and tastes like it has been sitting on this lettuce for way too long. To be fair, the bacon, chicken and egg are fine. It appears the lettuce, cucumber and cheese were all prepared ahead and the bacon, egg and chicken added. Fine except, I'm one of those people who actually gets salad for the greens and this is not what I expect from one of my favorite places to eat.
