Billy's chicken fried steak is an ever-so-close second to Frank's CFS. Billy's CFS was accompanied by lovely and crispy hash browns, 2 over-easy eggs and a biscuit that I don't believe was hand crafted. The biscuit was, however, light and fluffy. Jenn was my bright and smiley server who fielded my many menu-related questions and provided how Billy's owner is an ardent supporter of all things local. I negligently didn't capture pictures of my breakfast but was so excited by Billy's that I dragged my cousin from hospital discharge to Billy's Soooo, dear reader, the accompanying photos are of my cousin's breakfast, the Wishkah omelette.
