Worst Subway I've ever seen or been to. And I've eaten at gas station combo subways and never had anything like this. To start off the store was dirty. Not somewhere anyone would want to eat. Second I placed an online pickup order, they didn't have the bread my wife ordered because they said it was frozen. So nothing was made. OK. Whatever. No big deal. These things happen I suppose. Then, I ordered an Elite chicken bacon ranch sandwich. This sandwich by default costs extra because it comes with double cheese. I also ordered double meat. They sent back both me and my wife's sandwich with the skimpiest amount of meat I have ever seen from any sandwich shop of my life. App bread. Almost no meat at all. And it also did not have the extra cheese. $16 dollars for a garbage sandwich of basically just over toasted bread since there was almost no meat on it. What a joke. They lost a customer for life, which is too bad for them because it's the closest sandwich shop to my house. Just go to Sub Station. Should have used my better judgement instead of going somewhere 2-3 minutes closer. You love and you learn . Just don't make the same mistake I did read more

This is the worst subway, even if there is no line you wait 20 minutes , my sandwich was made wrong and then was rung up wrong , I walked out and didn't purchase the food . It's sad that they would leave an obviously untrained employee alone , not only is it a shame that you maker her look dumb but also your company ! Have them another chance ! Again not worth it ! Normally, I find this place really good. Fast service and yummy food. Not my most recent trip, though. At 6:30 on a Friday night, almost all the bins of meats and toppings are empty and, apparently, they're completely out of all these items in the store. Okay... So I order a steak sub because it's one of the few meats left, and the kid who's making my sandwich put it on cold and never heated the steak up, which unfortunately doesn't dawn on me until I get it back to my work to eat it for lunch. So I need to heat up my own steak sub in a microwave at work, making a completely soggy mess by the time I go to eat it. So, I think I'll avoid this particular Subway from now on. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The guy working was absolutely dreadful and I'm pretty sure he would have spit in our food if we looked away for a second. I usually enjoy Subway, but this new location is not well run. It is located in 88 West River Plaza, all by itself. They were out of half their breads and the menu board has not worked for a few weeks. And they had no napkins. The staff seem confused. If this location can get their act together, it would be good. I'd pass on this location for awhile. read more

We never have a problem when going to subway, but we decided to go to the one on 1328 hooksett road, and the guy was so rude rude over a bottle of soda. Whenever we order online at other locations we just put in bottled beverage and pick what we want when we get there. This guy was being so rude saying we needed to get a water and that was it. He wasn't even wearing a name tag, and when we asked his name he refused to give it. Poor customer service. read more

We went to subway in hooksett on Saturday and we ordered two subs the bread wasn't done so it was terrible the people working there need to learn when the bread is done and not serve undone bread that sticks to the paper you wrap it in and then you can't eat it it was terrible very terrible!!!!! read more

Hooksett Subway 1328 Hooksett Rd. July 6 1:15 pm I saw the new ad on TV which shows a man and two other guys staring admiringly through glass at what appears to be his first-born child. His "first" is an Applewood Pulled Pork Subway sandwich. Funny . . . but my experience today was anything but. After telling the girl I wanted the Applewood Pulled Pork sandwich I was asked what bread I wanted. I said"white", What size? "Foot-long". Heated? "Yes." The queries never seemed to end. "Do you want . . . " I've never had this sandwich before so I asked that the girl just make it the standard way. Then I asked for a FUZE fresh brewed black with lemon iced tea. [I had checked their web site before going & this was offered on that store's web site.] "We don't have that here. I can give you iced tea , but it will be warm." Thinking that was unusual I suggested the obvious, "Just add plenty of ice." With a negative shaking of her head she let me know she couldn't put ice in it. I gave up and ordered a large diet Coke. When I went to pay I was given an empty cup with the instructions to go "over there." I then said I would prefer to have the bottle I saw in the case. Again, I would have to go "over there." The sandwich was heated, , but the pork was not warm. I would rate it as just average. The friend I was with had a FUZE raspberry iced tea without ice which was his choice. When we got up to leave I wanted to dispose of our trash. Over "there" we saw what appeared to be two raised outhouse seats without signage. I put my trash in one of those holes. Strange that there was no signage for "recyclables" or even "trash". I'm sure the usual Subway clientele is used to the endless stream of questions and comes prepared with what they want. I also found out that there are printed brochures at Subway which explain "How To Order". As a newbie I don't really know what I want on this sandwich. Horrible! The service was beyond slow and it was just myself and my coworker , i.e. sloth-like slow and no customer-service skills. We both order the Buffalo Chicken on spinach wraps.......Wrong, all sorts of wrong. First the wrap was so stale it was brittle......I remember he asked if we wanted it hot, (not the spicy way) but it was more like ice cold so not sure if the oven was even on. The chicken was processed chicken which I guess would have been fine if it was warmer. And buffalo sauce? no, more like orange colored cold oil, not spicy, not buffalo. I would say the only tasty part for me was the pickles on it. I wish we ran when my co worker said "I am very nervous about this" Clearly she was right!!! Do yourself a favor go over to Shop and Save and eat the fruit. And an update---- 24 hours in and we are pretty sure our inside will never be the same. I just tried to use a coupon out of a coupon book that I had used for the same sandwiches for the past 3 weeks with my boys. This time, though, the woman manager says "this is for a regular sandwich, not a 'specialty' sandwich." No where does it say what a specialty sandwich is. I explained my experience to her, but she was unwavering and would not let me use it. The order was for 3 sandwiches and we were getting 2 chips and apples. I was also going to use them for catering. So, for a $4.50 sandwich, they lost my business forever and a catering job. Nice move lady. In return she got a pissed off customer with a big mouth. So, manager lady, was it worth it? read more
