None of that is normal. The crust has zero flavor and when such a large amount is left exposed it becomes like card board. That lack of flavor isn't offset by the sauces since they use so little and stop it so far from the edge. I gave them another chance. Never again. They charged me for large pizzas and gave me large flavorless crusts with very little sauce and toppings. I'll drive further for something better in the future.
