There's a guy who works the drive through here during the lunch hours and I have to say he may be the single best subway employee I've ever met. I've come here 4-5 times and always used the drive-through. Takes a little longer than other fast food drive through places but if you're trying to be healthy that's the price you pay. I'm not a huge subway guy but I have become fond of this place since they have the drive-through and some seemingly great workers. I will definitely be back. read more

Tried the APP for the first time . Was AMAZED how well it went and how PERFECT my subs were ! The lady even told me I did a good job when I told her it was my first time ! Went here tonight to get a couple of subs and we pulled into the drive through 10 minutes before they closed behind another person who ordered multiple subs. When we pulled up to order with just a couple minutes until close, we got what I think was the automated message about taking our order momentarily. Waited several minutes hearing nothing. Finally pulled up and saw that the lights were off and store was closed. No one said anything to us, or even bothered to say they wouldn't serve us even though we were in line and they served someone immediately before us. Really disappointing. read more

I went to subway sunday night in holland mi. 49423 at the truck stop on Lincoln ave. And i used a coupon for a free 6 inch sub when you buy a 6 inch sub meal. I was over charged and told the girl who waited on me but she did not seem to care . Service has been getting worse over time. 9 times out of 10 when you go through the drive-through they tell you they're busy and can you please come in. If I wanted to come in I would have in the 1st place. I'm not even sure why they have a drive-through if they're not going to operate it half the time. So once I went inside, after waiting several minutes mind you, I had to wait in line behind all the people who got there after me. Only reason I don't give it a 5 is there is always improvement. We have had Great Customer service at this location before lunch. The girls working in the morning are the best customer service reps I have dealt with. Terrible today. We are frequent customers. My husband loves the bmt salad with ranch dressing. Twice I returned salad it was Italian dressing not ranch. Even asked girl to check the dressing maybe I wrong bottle. Ranch dressing is white. Italian is clear. Well on my third trip back she gave me refund for sandwich links $7+ dollars. Not the extra $3 you pay for a salad. They lost a twice a week customer. Not going back there again will go elsewhere. No wonder they are not busy!!! read more

Okay I'm only rating 5 stars cause I know we're all human but GUYS COME OOOON. You messed up both our sandwiches and the turkey tasted like socks last time. Ok, it happens. This time we got different sandwiches to avoid sock turkey. TWO PIECES OF HAM ON A BMT? Like, she laid two pieces of ham....flat??? I have questions??? Bread is like wet and so soggy it's nasty and just like an absurd amount of lettuce and sauce. Normally we'd be like whatever no biggie but two times in a row we haven't been able to eat the food we bought cause it tastes so weird/bad. So I'm sure you're all very nice people and I'm not even that mad, but please just be a little more conscious that sometimes the people ordering the sandwiches have been at a stupid desk job all day looking forward to subway (as lame as that is) and it's a bummer when it tastes like straight soggy bread and mayo. Yep it's a Subway restaurant. It's nothing to get really excited about, but it does fill a needed niche in the fast food arena. The food is decent and I find the staff here to be a little friendlier than a lot of other Subways so I say Kudos for that since friendly service is always appreciated. I've walked in here several times at the end of their lunch rush and surprisingly the store always looks nice which is surprising considering how busy they get here at times. A clean food prep area is a very encouraging thing to see in any type of a restaurant. read more

10:45am 2/18/18- brunette with chin length hair was horribly rude. She rolled her eyes multiple times while demanding to know what we wanted. Worst customer service I've encountered in a while. I would have left immediately had I been by myself. She treated us as if we were personally responsible for her bad mood. Terrible service, out of ingredients. The employee's were tripping over each other, didn't have a clue what they were doing or suppose to be doing. Asked for onion and yellow peppers and told "sorry we're out". This was at 11:30AM, right at the beginning of the lunch hour.
