I ordered a Sweet Onion Chicken footlong. It was great. I added some things and deleted some. It was made just perfect. Can't wait to come back. read more

The female manager was very rude after staff misunderstood and messed up our order ticket and charged us incorrectly. I understand everyone has bad days but the manager was very unprofessional and gave us major attitude after their team made a mistake. The rest of the staff was very polite and quick to fix the issue. Then after I finished my meal, I saw a hair in the bottom of my basket that did not belong to me. I haven't been to this location in years and was looking forward to eating here and we did not have a good experience. read more

Ate there today. Got food poisoning. Am currently in the bathroom vomiting my lunch. That's it.

Localfluence inspired us to come to this location. We walked over from the Vasa for a bogo deal! The restaurant was clean, bright, and inviting. There are places to charge your devices if needed. Service was great and their team was really friendly. The sandwiches were tasty. Highly recommend. There is a drive thru and the restaurant itself is accessible. read more

Subway - Titan Turkey on Flatbread - Fast Food Near Me - Herriman, Utah

They forgot half the meat on my sandwich like how hard is it to make a sandwich? They also said my order was ready when it was not and I had to wait. Seriously fast food is the easiest job. Terrible place, never get a sandwich here. read more

Subway - Fast Food Near Me - Herriman, Utah

Tip to make a sandwich starting at 15% ???? A cheap not very well made one at that!! If you hand it over the counter to me nooooo tip complete joke. read more

I paid for "50% more meat" and it seems my money vanished. I've had regular sandwiches with more meat

Don't order if your in a time crunch. I ordered a work lunch order of 12 sandwiches and it gave a time window of pick up between 12:03 and 12:23. It's now 12:35 and it's still not ready. I went and asked about it and was told "we're behind" and Iordered we'll in advance and now they're making me behind? Who's fault is that? read more

Herriman subway is in its new location it is the cleanest and most professional subway I've ever been to. The employees are all really friendly and put maximum effort into every sub or wrap. I came in on a Saturday around lunch time every table was spotless. Hailey was who served me today and I appreciate her attention to detail. Her shirt said wrap master and it was the best wrap I've had! Paul was who helped me at the register and his service was top notch as well. read more

I ordered a double meat Sandwich. How is this double meat? Plus the wrapping was piss poor. Waste of money. Never ordering from this location ever again. read more

Sign says closed at 10:00 PM. But I was there at 9:40 and the doors were locked. One of the two girls behind the counter tried hiding. The other girl turned her back to the door acting like she didn't see us. Not impressed. read more

I got my kids 6 inch turkey sandwiches today. They said they loved them and that Subway is now one of their top favorite restaurants. My daughter also said the pomegranate limeade is yummy. I took a star away because this location does not have gluten free bread and also a sandwich maker's nose was hanging out of her mask while she was preparing food for customers. read more

The health dept needs to shut this place down. Everything out looked old and foul. The lettuce was brown! And she used her same gloves to wipe her face and then make my sandwich read more

The service and food has to be pretty bad for me to give one star and this Subway far exceeded both of those standards. The sandwich was soggy, the ham was not fresh and it was just a mess. The employees are a nightmare. I feel bad for this owner if it's a franchise because I know how hard it is to find decent employees right now. These two girls need to be separated as they apparently feed off of each others bad behavior. I definitely won't be back to this location ever. read more

I always come to this subway. It's usually never busy and the dining room is clean. The staff is super nice as well. Some of the your get staff still needs training on what "light on the Mayo and mustard means" but other than that it's good. read more

I decided to splurge and order a California turkey club online. They cost about four dollars more than the turkey. I was so disappointed to see they left off the cheese, bacon, and avocado. I just moved to Herriman so I've only been to this subway once. read more

Actually wish I could do Zero Stars, that's the rating they deserve. Well, I will never be back to this location ever again, and to be honest it is ALL MY FAULT. I've only eaten here three times, and all three times at least one of the sandwiches in my order was wrong, and the people making them have claimed that "I got exactly what I ordered" every time. First it was wrong bread, then wrong toppings. Today we tried ordering it online, figuring that "How can they mess it up if it IS ALL WRITTEN DOWN FOR THEM?" Yup, still got our food wrong - left more than half the veggies off two of our sandwiches, and then argued with my husband when he attempted to point out the error (and refused to fix the food as well). The only thing at all this Subway has that is positive is the location - but from now on I and my family will be driving further to take our money to a Subway that will actually give you what you order and pay for. read more

I don't think I've ever had an order right at this location. Good best practice when ordering here, always check and make sure you have everything. read more

The employees are quiet but nice. Do not go through the drive thru! It's always awful. I'm not sure who management is but they need to do some clean up in there. There is bread in the display to the right that literally has dust or mold growing on it. I get if it's busy to where they can't always clean up throughout orders, but if it's slow they should be cleaning up tables, etc. There weren't any cookies. Overall, I was disappointed. read more

Just came home from this awful location to find out that the had messed up on our order. This isn't the first time. Gave them another shot and will not make that mistake again. Avoid this location at all costs. Unless you like being disappointed. This is the Chicago bears of the sandwich world. read more

We politely asked the girls at the store to please pull up their masks above their chins. No only did they not do it, one of them started laughing at us. My friend has COPD and is on Oxygen and I have my own concerns. We were fully masked and didn't plan to stay. We actually wanted to go through the drive through but that was closed. This was customer service at it's worst and an obvious health risk, If I could give it a minus ten stars I would be happy to. read more

Went in to drive through at 8:05 they said,"they had cashed the register out for the night" even though they were still open for another hour. Not impressed wanted to swing by quick. Food was alright though read more

Subway - a sub sandwich on a piece of wax paper - Fast Food Near Me - Herriman, Utah

The whole experience start to finish was bad. The workers seemed pissed off or were just extremely quiet and were very clueless when it came to their job. Additionally, they were eating meatballs out of cups in front of us. None of the 3 sandwiches I ordered were even cut so I had to tear them apart at home and they put a lot less meat than I usually get. I didn't hear more than a sentence or two out of the workers the entire time. It felt very uninviting. Overall, one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. read more

Fool me once shame on you. Ugh. I got the worst sandwich a month ago going through drive-thru. I let it go. Today it happened again. Both times they put on about half of the filling as they would if you were standing there watching. My sandwich was bread with a sprinkling of toppings. It was a footlong and I counted 6 spinach leaves. Two cucumbers. About 10 olives. THIS WAS A VEGGIE SANDWICH!! I ordered mustard and mayo. No mustard to be seen. No more drive-thru at this location it sucks. read more

Went through the drive through and ordered on their kiosk. Got to the window to pay and no one was there. Waited about 10 minutes. So, eventually i just walked to the front. They told me to go through the drive through again. So, I did. Wasn't too bothered by it. Till I got to the window. The guy was rude and dismissive. He wasn't wearing a name tag. But, my total was $21. I gave him a $20 bill and a $10 bill. That way I could get a couple smaller bills. He asked me to just give a $1 bill. He gave me all my food and I asked for my $10 back, since I gave him the $1. He told me that I was mistaken and had given him 2 10s. I know this wasn't true, because i only had a 10, a 20, and a few 1s on me in cash. I argued for a little bit, but eventually let it go. Very disappointed. Never going back. read more

UPDATE: 10/6/15 DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I decided to give it another try, but the customer service was poor, they made mistakes making the sub, and I GOT FOOD POISONING. If you really want to go to a Subway, go to a different location. I have been overcharged three times, including items I didn't order. This location needs some serious management with its employees, surprisingly though, the place is pretty clean; it's odd. Don't use the drive-thru, I had a sub that was sparse with veggies. Go in and make sure they make your meal correct, and you are charged correct as well. I really wish the employees were more attentive (they're overall friendly), this location has had a few good employees, but they don't stay. It's the management that needs to fix the details. read more

Went there today and ordered a turkey, avocado, lettuce and tomato, 12 inch sandwich. Halfway through the first half I decided that something tasted off. I tasted the turkey and immediately could tell it was bad. When I called the manager at this store, he asked me "how do I know that the turkey is bad?" Like he didn't believe me and questioned my intelligence. I told him that it tastes terrible. He then questioned if I was sure I had been to his store? Again I said yes I know where I bought this bad sandwich. I told him I called so that he would be aware of the problem and take care of it so nobody else would get sick. He said thanks like he wasn't going to do anything about it and hung up. So be careful if you go to this Subway. The food is bad and the manager doesn't care. read more

Terrible experience tonight. Very rude staff and waited 13 minutes at the drive thru (only car) to be completely ignored after the staff said "just one minute as she was laughing". I drove away without ordering since they were goofing off and ignoring their customers. Tried to call and let management know of my experience and the employee who answered was unbelievably rude and would not allow me to speak with anyone. Said I'd need to call back. Absolutely awful. I have stayed away for 18 months and tonight I gave them a second try. Big mistake. Won't be back. read more

Got my online order wrong. Red hair girl kept rolling her eyes and acting annoyed that I was in there asking for a remake. Bigger guy with black hair didn't wear his mask properly. Very rude and barely talked to me. Slid the sandwich across the counter to me and didn't say anything. I guess I'll go back to eating only at the one on 134000 s by Walmart. They're always nice there. read more

Have ordered here several times now and they always get it wrong. I wish they would double check the online orders. Stuff is always left off and they are very stingy on what they put on. I double everything because of it and still needs work. Would be beneficial if the employees had some more training on being sure to always double check what the order says. read more

Personally I really enjoy the staff. They go above and beyond for you. These three employees were doing their best first Faith, Saija, and Hope were funny and got work done fast and efficiently. I ate in and saw that they had a lot of things to do and they looked understaffed but people yelled at them for the app not working. Even though it should be common sense that three teens have nothing to do with a corporate run app. Then people wanted a lot of sandwiches even if they were occupied doing other things then they are expected to do it fast while making it look like the Mona Lisa. You cant expect food you want done in minutes to look good. Although the managment needs to be better at their job. Honestly I was taken aback when I found out how much food they made first door dash GrubHub and other food delivery services. They also have the drive through, and are often trapped by how busy it is in both the drive through and lobby. If you ever go here please be patient to staff as covid hit them hard and they are very understaffed. read more

Well subways is usually okay... but this time is was HORRIBLE. I found a freaking wood chip in my sandwich. YES you heard me right A WOODCHIP. I find myself biting down on something hard. I pull it out of my mouth and it's a piece of wood!!!! How the hades does that end up on a plain turkey sandwich? read more

Subway has a good product, but the hands that assemble it sometimes do a piss poor job. It might be that they're short handed here, because they are frequently very busy, but I'm not willing to pay $8 bucks for sloppy work. Not sure if I'll continue here. read more

Went to drive thru. They no longer carry kid sized cups for kids meals so if you want something from the soda fountain you have to pay extra to get your kid an adult size cup. The kids meal sandwiches were missing things we ordered including cheese. I asked for all the vegetables on my sandwich and got 2 tomatoes, 1 olive, and two pickles. Seriously?! So apparently this subway no longer carries vegetables. For what I just had to pay for two kids meals and a six inch sandwich they should have at least gotten the sandwiches correct. I used to love this Subway. So disappointed. read more

I eat here all the time. I order mostly early in the morning. I wish I knew they guys name that is normally there (M-F) he is great. He is fast and helpful. I have had mixed experiences with other employees. I have never had a problem with the quality of food. I will say that they charge more for a foot long breakfast sandwich than the one in Kearns. It's a small amount but every bit helps now-a-days. read more

Great job the food is some of the best I have ever eaten. It's awful. Took me 20 mins to get my single sandwich 10 of which was at the cashier waiting. They are way under staffed for having a drive thru. And I went in.
