I understand everyone has bad days but the manager was very unprofessional and gave us major attitude after their team made a mistake. Herriman subway is in its new location it is the cleanest and most professional subway I've ever been to. The employees are all really friendly and put maximum effort into every sub or wrap. I came in on a Saturday around lunch time every table was spotless. Hailey was who served me today and I appreciate her attention to detail. I've only eaten here three times, and all three times at least one of the sandwiches in my order was wrong, and the people making them have claimed that "I got exactly what I ordered" every time. First it was wrong bread, then wrong toppings. Today we tried ordering it online, figuring that "How can they mess it up if it IS ALL WRITTEN DOWN FOR THEM?" Yup, still got our food wrong - left more than half the veggies off two of our sandwiches, and then argued with my husband when he attempted to point out the error (and refused to fix the food as well). There is bread in the display to the right that literally has dust or mold growing on it. Additionally, they were eating meatballs out of cups in front of us. None of the 3 sandwiches I ordered were even cut so I had to tear them apart at home and they put a lot less meat than I usually get. But, my total was $21. I gave him a $20 bill and a $10 bill. That way I could get a couple smaller bills. He asked me to just give a $1 bill. If you really want to go to a Subway, go to a different location. I have been overcharged three times, including items I didn't order. This location needs some serious management with its employees, surprisingly though, the place is pretty clean; it's odd. Don't use the drive-thru, I had a sub that was sparse with veggies. Go in and make sure they make your meal correct, and you are charged correct as well. I really wish the employees were more attentive (they're overall friendly), this location has had a few good employees, but they don't stay. Went there today and ordered a turkey, avocado, lettuce and tomato, 12 inch sandwich. Halfway through the first half I decided that something tasted off. I tasted the turkey and immediately could tell it was bad. When I called the manager at this store, he asked me "how do I know that the turkey is bad?" Personally I really enjoy the staff. They go above and beyond for you. These three employees were doing their best first Faith, Saija, and Hope were funny and got work done fast and efficiently. I ate in and saw that they had a lot of things to do and they looked understaffed but people yelled at them for the app not working. Even though it should be common sense that three teens have nothing to do with a corporate run app. Then people wanted a lot of sandwiches even if they were occupied doing other things then they are expected to do it fast while making it look like the Mona Lisa. You cant expect food you want done in minutes to look good. Although the managment needs to be better at their job. Honestly I was taken aback when I found out how much food they made first door dash GrubHub and other food delivery services. They also have the drive through, and are often trapped by how busy it is in both the drive through and lobby. Went to drive thru. They no longer carry kid sized cups for kids meals so if you want something from the soda fountain you have to pay extra to get your kid an adult size cup. The kids meal sandwiches were missing things we ordered including cheese. I asked for all the vegetables on my sandwich and got 2 tomatoes, 1 olive, and two pickles. Seriously?! So apparently this subway no longer carries vegetables. For what I just had to pay for two kids meals and a six inch sandwich they should have at least gotten the sandwiches correct. I have had mixed experiences with other employees. I have never had a problem with the quality of food. I will say that they charge more for a foot long breakfast sandwich than the one in Kearns.
