I have filed a formal complaint against this location.. They processed my card and never delivered my pizza when calling the location I asked to talk to a manager and got a guy (Kid) by the name of Ori who was rude, condescending, combative & lacked basic knowledge who also hung up on me not once but twice he even went as far to call me names.. I have contacted corporate this is not only unethical as a business but just flat out wrong. I will NEVER give them another dime. This location needs to train their employees especially this so called "Manager" to do their job. And not verbally assault their customers. I hope if this fool is a manager that they demote him real fast because they will continue to loose customers. read more

Second time I have now gotten really poorly made pizza from this location. Last time they made my pizza incorrectly and sent a thin crust that was like cardboard. I ordered the original crust. This time got a meat lovers with their garlic pizza sauce, it was terrible. The pizza was not cooked and the crust was soggy. The garlic sauce was like a curdled consistency and full of salt. Everytime I order chicken Alfredo they deliver spaghetti pasta. Workers look DIRTY and sad...I call and get routed to call center

We ordered $60 worth of food tonight and I ordered eight marinara sauces to go with all the breadsticks and marinara is so watered down that it leaked out of its cup all over the breadsticks and pasta. The breadsticks are super squishy and soggy, the pasta is ruined and when I called the kid told me "well we do water down our marinara, that's just how it's made" It's tasteless and flavorless and pink it's not even the color marina should be. The kid told me he would give me a whopping $10 credit for a $60 order that was ruined. I will transfer the credit to another location and I will never use them again. read more

Meh, ever since they started charging an extra dollar for pan pizzas I've stopped coming here.

Ordered from them and they forgot 1 pizza and an order of fries for delivery. When I called to get them to replace the items the manager refused and actually said this "we've already made our quota for the night" but offered a refund that they always offer (this has happened in the past) and never actually processed any refund in the past. When I brought this up to him he said it was my fault for not calling in after the refund never occurred. There really should be a zero star option. read more

It's hard work trying to deliver so many orders out with not as many drivers. The online/app can be a bit tedious, but the people who work here are not to blame. I'm sure it can get crazy stressful when there are so many orders coming in. 5 stars because at the end of the night I get the hot food I ordered and sleep with some solid leftovers in the fridge. read more

My husband and I ordered from them and had a lame experience - the driver insisted that he came by, knocked, AND rang the doorbell, but we heard nothing (not even our puppy heard something). My oh my, this is the first time I have tried the wings from Pizza Hut, I was so disappointed, The wings were dry (over cooked) and they were missing the sauce, After I took the wings and fixed them they were ok, but still really dry! aka overcooked. The sauce I added was about 20 cents more and I would have not wrote this review. I will be posting a before and after picture of my wings. sad that the ball was dropped over .20! I just had an order for $40.47 delivered. Two medium pizzas, one Supreme hand toss and one with pepperoni & onions deep dish & one Brownie. By far the worst pizza ever! The crust is disgusting. We ordered two different crusts but they were delivered and they are identical. The pepperoni and onion had light sauce but it's all up at the top. It's just gross, no other words to describe it here on Yelp. There is something very slimy about mine. My husband was equally as disgusted. We hadn't ordered from Pizza Hut in some time. They moved from down the road up to Herrimen so we started ordering from Marco's but wanted to try something new. They are more expensive than Marco's and no comparison in taste and quality. If you didn't have deep dish crust you had my phone number and should have called and asked because my choice would have been thin crust, not hand tossed. This place used to be our go to pizza place, now it's just a joke. They charge extra for EVERYTHING! Most people like the pan crust do what do they do? Charge extra for that. Found out the owner is from California which explains A LOT! It happensd right after they took over. Gotta bring that California prices here. Screwed up our pizza order and made us feel like thieves afterwards because of credit caps that I would exceed by re-ordering my pizza that they screwed up on in the first place. My wife and I, from out of town, are staying w my son and his family here in Herriman. In order to give our daughter-in-law a break from the holiday kitchen duties we decided to treat the family w a couple of pizzas. OMG!, we have had second or third day old microwaved pizza that was MORE appetizing than what was delivered to us tonight! We made it easy on them w our order, 2 large hand tossed pies! They were delivered in a timely manner, we paid a gracious tip, and thanked the driver. We live no more than 2 minutes from the store. No excuse for luke warm, STALE, flat cracker crust pizzas!!!! Even the ingredients had that appearance of an old baked pizza. They where absolutely horrible. We don't do pizza on a "regular" basis, but holy smokes!, we know the difference between fresh baked and CRAP. If this is the face of the new Pizza Hut, then run far and run fast. Wow... I did not know you could mess up a Pizza Hut this bad. We order a bunch of pizzas when we moved in, and they screwed up the order and sent us pizzas we didn't even order. They gave us credit, which we were informed when we called to use, had expired. We made the mistake of ordering again anyways. Cold pizza that was the wrong order over an hour later, and we get another store credit. This time we order for a birthday party and it never even shows up. We call the store, frustrated that they screwed up our daughters birthday dinner, and we are told we are rude, our order is cancelled, and they hung up on us. Ordered pizza for our kids and within an hour both kids got sicker than dogs. I also found out that they had the health dept called on them and they were shut down for a week to get things cleaned up. I wish I would have known this because I wouldn't have ordered here.
