The guy taking my order over the intercom seemed to be having a hard time understanding me and then remembering what I said and then without me asking for it, an older lady came on and took my order easily and perfectly. When I came to the window she also took over handing me my food and drinks. She made sure to wipe the drinks clean so my car would not get wet or dyed. She was very nice! Our order was correct. My kids loved their crunchwraps. I don't eat gluten so I got the 3 crunchy taco combo and was unimpressed but I didn't expect much from a plain taco at Taco Bell. As a gf person the options are limited and sad but I recommend it for people who can eat their other offerings! read more

I ordered from this Taco Bell and my taco was almost empty and my cheesy roll up had 2 onions in it. The crew needs to change gloves. My quesadilla also had little cheese. read more

God I don't know what is in this food. I don't have many issues with service or speed or anything. Just every rare occasion I eat this food I shit my brains out for 36 hours straight. read more

This Tacobell is right by our house and my family refuses to go. We will go to a farther one because of our experience here. As my family was in the drive through ordering there was a man that wasn't the one taking the order being extremely rude on the com. Talking about us saying "I hate these people" "Why don't they fucking listen" and things like this as my family was just asking if they had an item. The one taking the order was nice. They were probably unaware we could hear them both. My family told them we could hear what they were saying and to cancel the order. We haven't been back since. read more

I hate to write a bad review but WTF Herriman Taco Bell. You constantly omit food items or ingredients from my order every time. It doesn't matter if I door dash or go thru the window. It's wrong! Management and Franchise owner you need to DO BETTER and focusing on delivering a consistent product and stop stealing from the customer. Stop focusing on the clock and speed to get food out the window. I could care less how fast I'm thru the drive thru when I get home with my food and its wrong. I shouldnt have to come back to the store and complain to get what I paid for. Give us a better customer experience by starting with accurate meal delivery. Please!!! read more

I love this Tacobell I come here almost every day at different times, every time the employees are fast, and nice and never mess up my food

Love this place! They genuinely try to make your day better. Love Taco Bell forever. Employees are great, but sometimes you get weirdos who work there but they move out quick read more

Went to pick up an order I ordered in advance and the man working was incredibly rude. He kept making rude comments about me under his breath and then when I got to the window he literally threw the bag at me and my drink. I just said thank you and carried on but it was kind of wild. read more

Food was still frozen cold when I got it after waiting 45 minutes in the drive through. Management sucks and doesn't care to help the customers. I won't go back to this location for the poor quality and the shitty customer service. read more

This Taco Bell takes the cake in worst fast food places. Lack of awareness and customer service is next level. I did an online order and I stood there for 20 minutes with nothing. I had drinks with my order so I asked if I could get my cups for the drinks and the kid in drive through just stared at me. When I went to reach for cups he said I can't do that. The shift manager came strolling g out from her troll cave and just looked at me and walked back to hiding spot. Finally after about another 20 minutes my food was ready. It was not super busy as the employees just all hid in the back. I did hear the boss yell I am going to fire the ass of the employee how failed to show up for his shift. I got the order and they had filled up the drinks for me and I told them I needed a half and half of Diet Pepsi and regular Pepsi and that's why I asked for the cups. I poured out the drink and the ice machine didn't work and the same troll lady came out and said it wasn't working. I told her I needed ice then and she filled it up half way and I said I needed ice it all the way full and she replied oh my hell. I asked her for her name and she told me to go to hell. I wrote a complaint online and got a call from the store manager the next day Melissa and she told me I was at fault for trying to get my drink cups and that I was the problem. Last time I will be there as the food was horrible and am pretty sure the manager spit in the cup of ice due to the look of one of employees as she was getting my ice. I just threw my drink away because it wasn't worth it. I was also told this is a franchise store so nothing would happen. read more

Ohhhh Taco Bell-what happened??? This is not the Taco Bell of days gone by! Flavorless meat, stale tortillas, way over priced for substandard tasteless 'wannabe' Mexican-type food! So they brought back decades of old favorites- Ha! They sure don't taste the same; again, what happened? Good bye to an old friend-you have changed-sorry but I have to let you go read more

I'm not sure why this location has such a bad review over all, this Taco Bell is by far one of the better locations I've been to. It looks like most of the reviews are from years ago so it seems they may have done some adjusting because this location really is one of the best! Everytime I've gone they've always gotten my order right, the inside is really clean and there is always someone restocking the sauce packets, or cleaning the tables. The employees that have helped me were friendly and happy and I got my food fast. I usually just order inside and eat inside but the drive-thru seems like it moves pretty quickly so if I did decide to order via drive thru it seems like that option wouldn't be bad either. Come give this location a try, you won't be disappointed based on the experiences I've had here! read more

I've ordered delivery twice in the past month with a super annoying order because I customize every thing. But every time they get it right and I'm always so impressed lol. My hometown Taco Bell could never. I actually redownload yelp just to write this review read more

I've ordered from this location a few times on doordash and there's almost always something wrong... this time, I can't believe it, but I get the same burrito every time and they didn't put any beef in it. I kept eating to see if eventually I'd hit any meat but no, it was a beefless burrito. All the burritos vary in size every time I order them, and I get the same thing every time. This time it was the smallest beefless burrito ever. Waste of money read more

This place is a hot mess. I saw Five or six employees working in the kitchen but the drive-through line was pretty long and people in the lobby were waiting. I placed a mobile order and decided to pick it up in store instead and once I got up to the register she was completely dazed and confused about this request which is quite simple to be honest. On my end I made the mistake of ordering it to the wrong location which I understand is totally fine but she didn't even offer to place my order and serve me right then and there she was totally fine with me walking out.... read more

night crew needs to fix their attitude. 0 for friendliness and communication. also lack compassion and understanding.

So my wife (not from this country) wanted to try Taco Bell for the first time. I had already decided long ago when I was a kid to not eat at Taco Bell as it just isn't my food type. So speaking plainly from a customer service perspective and not basing this review for the food, this location is terrible. As not having been there in so long, when I asked if we could get a Coke, the employee said no. So when I asked if they were just all out, they responded "would you like a Pepsi?" Their outside menu has no reference as to what drinks are available, so not like I could see what they actually offered. After not having been to a Taco Bell in so long, I wasn't going to give their food another chance, but now my wife and I wont even go to this location for her anymore (as she likes the food) because of the rude service and we will drive a but further to get to another location. read more

I couldn't order the 12 taco pack on the app, so we decided to take a pleasant drive to the local Taco Bell, despite the app "hiccup" We felt back on track. Only to be absolutely floored at the news in the drive through that they DO NOT HAVE A BUTTON TO SELL QUESARTIO!!!!!!! They can only be sold on the m*****f***** APP!!! Mental reboot required..... I'm a simple woman who only asks for simple things, a cheesy deliciously-dirty quesarito. 2 out of five cuz it's Taco Bell and I know I'll be back (and I told checkout to make it up with sauce) Wish I could be eating a quesarito while writing this instead of a 5 layer read more

I used to come here every waking moment of my life, I would drown myself in the delicious and frozen nature of that of the Baja blast FREEZE. Little did I know, that moment would soon come to an end. As I continued my Taco Bell journey I then was denied my right at the Baja blast freeze because the machine was 'broken' It has then been broken for the past five months, FIVE, forgive me but that is quite frankly, astonishing. I used to love this fine establishment. I used to lose myself in the worlds desires of Taco Bell, but after seeing the poor management, after hearing the machine was 'broken' for the one thousandth time. I have lost my interest. My beauty. My queen. My love. Is no more read more

May 2018 update: I went back. Still the worst taco Bell in Utah. I got ANOTHER crunchwrap supreme with no filling and all lettuce. ----------------------------- This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and I eat a lot of Taco Bell. They are regularly out of Baja Blast, the food is often dry (like it's been left out too long) or they skimp on the ingredients. Today I had a Crunchwrap Supreme. Instead of being greeted with yummy taco filling and nacho cheese upon biting into it, my mouth was filled with dry tortilla self-loathing and way too much lettuce. I'm not normally a review guy - especially when it comes to Taco Bell - but I feel like someone needs to do something about this awful Taco Bell, and I guess it will be me.... Along with all the other people who have consistently rated this Taco Bell as one star. Also, they close early and aren't even open for Fourth Meal. WTF?! read more

the employee (braxton needs a raise)that helped me was an all-star which i would give 5 stars to. While he was staying on top of taking care of getting our drink to us and taking our payment and chatting with us and making us laugh real fast, his manager decided that he needed to be nagging him every 5 seconds saying to stop talking... im sorry but he was being aware and doing his job. Whilst said manager was making my order and focusing on my conversation to the point he put beef on my cantina chicken taco and chicken on my beef taco and the other 2 beef tacos were correct. Im really not sure how he managed to put all his mental energy into telling this kid to do his job while effectively not doing his own correctly. That manager needs to be fired, if he was one of my managers he would not be tolerated. Period. Taco bell executives that manager is abusive and extremely rude get him out of there!! read more

Unfortunately Taco Bell has been my main pregnancy craving. I say unfortunately because this location screws it up half the time. Tonight, the employees must be stoned or something because my veggie power bowl didn't come with rice, it had some sort of tortilla strips instead and they didn't add the chipotle sauce I asked and paid for. Looks like in the future, I'll be driving farther to another location when my womb gremlin makes me crave Taco Bell. read more

Taco Bell's are just going down hill. This particular location is especially terrible. Order about 7 items. Gave me 1 of the 7. Went back inside to get the rest. They forgot more items again. I go to this place often, with semi decent food, but today it was disgusting! Took one bite of my burrito, tasted like mold! Took a look at the Doritos, package was open with 3 chips inside?? Called the manager, she told me the Doritos where not their responsibility, and the food was fresh. Highly doubt all of that! Definitely calling the health department on this one. Honestly, it's Taco Bell. But I just wanted a warm taco that was edible because I was starving and exhausted. I went through the drive through and drove home. Literally, 2 minutes. My tacos were ice cold. The meat barely warm. One of them hardly had any meat in it. So my dogs ate them. Also, as a shout-out to all those talking about slow service... I've been to this location before, and it's been suuuuuuper slow. But at least my food was warm and as ok as it will ever be. I came to this Taco Bell every single day for lunch and sometimes even dinner for about 2 years now. About 3-4 months ago they said the freeze machine was broken, and I have checked back COUNTLESS times and it is still "broken" to this day!
