The guy taking my order over the intercom seemed to be having a hard time understanding me and then remembering what I said and then without me asking for it, an older lady came on and took my order easily and perfectly. When I came to the window she also took over handing me my food and drinks. She made sure to wipe the drinks clean so my car would not get wet or dyed. She was very nice! Our order was correct. My kids loved their crunchwraps. I don't eat gluten so I got the 3 crunchy taco combo and was unimpressed but I didn't expect much from a plain taco at Taco Bell. I hate to write a bad review but WTF Herriman Taco Bell. You constantly omit food items or ingredients from my order every time. It doesn't matter if I door dash or go thru the window. It's wrong! Management and Franchise owner you need to DO BETTER and focusing on delivering a consistent product and stop stealing from the customer. Stop focusing on the clock and speed to get food out the window. I could care less how fast I'm thru the drive thru when I get home with my food and its wrong. This Taco Bell takes the cake in worst fast food places. Lack of awareness and customer service is next level. I did an online order and I stood there for 20 minutes with nothing. I had drinks with my order so I asked if I could get my cups for the drinks and the kid in drive through just stared at me. When I went to reach for cups he said I can't do that. The shift manager came strolling g out from her troll cave and just looked at me and walked back to hiding spot. Finally after about another 20 minutes my food was ready. It was not super busy as the employees just all hid in the back. I did hear the boss yell I am going to fire the ass of the employee how failed to show up for his shift. I got the order and they had filled up the drinks for me and I told them I needed a half and half of Diet Pepsi and regular Pepsi and that's why I asked for the cups. I poured out the drink and the ice machine didn't work and the same troll lady came out and said it wasn't working. I told her I needed ice then and she filled it up half way and I said I needed ice it all the way full and she replied oh my hell. I asked her for her name and she told me to go to hell. I wrote a complaint online and got a call from the store manager the next day Melissa and she told me I was at fault for trying to get my drink cups and that I was the problem. Last time I will be there as the food was horrible and am pretty sure the manager spit in the cup of ice due to the look of one of employees as she was getting my ice. I've ordered from this location a few times on doordash and there's almost always something wrong... this time, I can't believe it, but I get the same burrito every time and they didn't put any beef in it. I kept eating to see if eventually I'd hit any meat but no, it was a beefless burrito. All the burritos vary in size every time I order them, and I get the same thing every time. I'm not sure why this location has such a bad review over all, this Taco Bell is by far one of the better locations I've been to. It looks like most of the reviews are from years ago so it seems they may have done some adjusting because this location really is one of the best! Everytime I've gone they've always gotten my order right, the inside is really clean and there is always someone restocking the sauce packets, or cleaning the tables. The employees that have helped me were friendly and happy and I got my food fast. I usually just order inside and eat inside but the drive-thru seems like it moves pretty quickly so if I did decide to order via drive thru it seems like that option wouldn't be bad either. While he was staying on top of taking care of getting our drink to us and taking our payment and chatting with us and making us laugh real fast, his manager decided that he needed to be nagging him every 5 seconds saying to stop talking... im sorry but he was being aware and doing his job. Whilst said manager was making my order and focusing on my conversation to the point he put beef on my cantina chicken taco and chicken on my beef taco and the other 2 beef tacos were correct. So my wife (not from this country) wanted to try Taco Bell for the first time. I had already decided long ago when I was a kid to not eat at Taco Bell as it just isn't my food type. So speaking plainly from a customer service perspective and not basing this review for the food, this location is terrible. As not having been there in so long, when I asked if we could get a Coke, the employee said no. So when I asked if they were just all out, they responded "would you like a Pepsi?" Their outside menu has no reference as to what drinks are available, so not like I could see what they actually offered. May 2018 update: I went back. Still the worst taco Bell in Utah. I got ANOTHER crunchwrap supreme with no filling and all lettuce. ----------------------------- This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and I eat a lot of Taco Bell. They are regularly out of Baja Blast, the food is often dry (like it's been left out too long) or they skimp on the ingredients. Today I had a Crunchwrap Supreme. Instead of being greeted with yummy taco filling and nacho cheese upon biting into it, my mouth was filled with dry tortilla self-loathing and way too much lettuce. I'm not normally a review guy - especially when it comes to Taco Bell - but I feel like someone needs to do something about this awful Taco Bell, and I guess it will be me.... Honestly, it's Taco Bell. But I just wanted a warm taco that was edible because I was starving and exhausted. I went through the drive through and drove home. Literally, 2 minutes. My tacos were ice cold. The meat barely warm. One of them hardly had any meat in it. So my dogs ate them. Also, as a shout-out to all those talking about slow service... I'll never go back. You keep your $6, I'll spend my $1000 a year somewhere else! I visit this franchise at least 3 days per week, and spend $6-$10 on each order. Using the app, I somehow mistakenly placed my regular order to another store across town, which I found out after 10 min of standing around waiting at my regular location. I asked for the manager and requested they do me a solid and fill my order locally. The manager refused. Money is tough right now. I don't have another $6 to spend on food I already paid for. So today I went hungry. I will NEVER go back to this store or any other Taco Bell that might be owned by the same franchise owner. I have spent over $1000 per year at this location and I now understand what that means to this manager and franchise owner; NOTHING! That $6 was probably $2 in product to make a bad situation great.
