I decided to try Wendy's again as it's been a year and was hoping for better food and service this time. I went into the store because usually the service is better and food fresher when you're standing in their face. But unfortunately I was wrong. I ordered a 10pc nugget meal with a large fry and large drink, I asked for the food to be made fresh and the nuggets and fries were. I also ordered a large chili with cheese and the chili wasn't very hot, we had to warm it up at home. I ordered a double stack with extra pickles, extra mustard and onions, I got 2 pickles and one was rotten almost and I got one piece of onion, literally a piece like a tiny chunk of onion. There is pretty much no mustard in the burger and it's very dry and there is only half pictured here because the other half was so soggy with ketchup it wasn't edible. I tried to fill up our large drink from the lobby drink machines but every thing we wanted such as fruit punch, juice etc tasted like water and when I tried to just get sprite it was flat. The lobby was empty besides one small family eating and they weren't there very long. Also when the cashier (petite blonde in her teens or late teens) was getting the nuggets ready to be bagged she dropped the nugget container on the floor and I looked at her she made eye contact while picking it up off the floor and almost acted as if she would've used it had I not seen her, but she set it on the counter next to where the fries are set after being made so now the dirty floor is all over the counter. Mind you she had no gloves on while making food or touching the container on the floor then went back to boxing up fries. We will not be going back again. We asked for a large and they gave us a small, I also ordered a frostee swirl and they gave a basic frostee that wasnt even the right flavor, and lastly, they forgot the chicken sandwich and gave us a terrible burger that was super dry and burnt. This ais the worst wendy's ever. We have said so many times that we will never come back here but our kids ask for it and we aren't going to dive for 30 min just to go to another one. Today i used the app to order for in store pick up. Arrived and the lobby is closed. No sign no indication just locked. Drive through wraps around the building and barely moves. After 8 attempts to call they finally pick up and tell me to get on the drive through. This is 20 mins after my food was supposed to be ready. They won't even bring it out!? Crazy. I'm giving them 3 stars for the help, they were great but the breakfast good was a huge disappointment. The "croissant" was a way too soft square bun. The crispy bacon was great but the drink , although I love the wide array of flavor shots, there was too much carbonation ratio to the Diet Come" syrup. I already mentioned in the photo caption that the breakfast potatoes appeared and tasted as if they were from the day before.
