When placing an order, the Inquiry was a simple process and was able to put in cost per person, a budget and able to give an idea of what i was wanting to order. After placing the order, I quickly got a call from the owner Mr, Murphy himself and he was super helpful and was able to work with us to fulfill our order. Some of the best service over the phone to help us. And then the food itself, amazing. The guys who picked up the order said they waited as long as they could before we arrived to stsrt making our order to make sure it was all hot and fresh. My worry was the short drive from the restaurant to the office and the fries and bread being soggy. Far from it. It was all still fresh and crispy. I thought he might cut me a tiny piece of the chocolate chip pumpkin loaf, but he ended up handing me a thick slice. It was delicious, an autumnal triumph. There is a QR code to scan, but instead of simply opening a menu, you're required to download another platform to view it. There are no physical menus available, and the system is designed for customers to place their own orders through the platform. We had trouble getting the platform to work on one of our phones, which meant we had to share a phone just to look at the menu. It was frustrating and an unnecessary hurdle when all we wanted to do was sit down and order dinner. We eventually asked the woman working there to come take our order at the table, which she accommodated, but that apparently isn't the standard process. The food was a mixed experience. I ordered the Pad Thai, and it was delicious! My husband ordered a dish that was supposed to come with sweet chili sauce and asked if he could substitute curry sauce. We later discovered that we were charged extra for the curry sauce, and the original sauce wasn't provided on the side as we had requested. While I really enjoyed my Pad Thai, the ordering process was cumbersome, and the overall experience just wasn't worth the hassle. There are plenty of other Thai restaurants to choose from that offer great food without making the dining experience so complicated. I'm glad I tried it, but we won't be returning.
