No chili, which I paid for. Before that paid for a baked potato which they ran out of after paying or it, but at-least they refunded this portion of my order. Will the service industry ever return to pre-Covid/pre-Trump standards, or have these 2 permanently made some Americans lazy and incompotent?

It was not super busy when we got there. We were greeted multiple times. We were offered water at our table. My wife had a little cough and she was offered mint. One of the workers came and talk to my 4 year old and we started talking. She also did the same to the other tables. I wish I remember her name but people like her make the world a better place. Chick-fil-a hires a lot of good people but she's just exceptional. The chicken sandwiches, shakes and fries are good as always. The indoor playground for kids was also opened (the one by our house closed it since the pandemic and never reopened it)

Our sandwiches were horrible, the piece of chicken was small compared to KFC and the buns were so dry at they crumbled as we ate them, in fact, both of us ate the remainder of our sandwiches without the buns. For the benefit of the management, our order number was 2554 on 05.25.23 at 11:48 AM. Such a disappointment and a waste of retirement money. I ordered the Taco Tuesday special and after the employee started preparing my food, he stated the special includes only three toppings. My grilled chicken taco with brown rice and black beans met the store's criteria, the chicken itself was considered a topping. To add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, corn, jalapeños, cilantro, and sour cream were additional charges. This was the most bland taco I have ever purchased. Luckily I had most of the toppings at home, minus the jalapeños and cilantro.
