This Subway was out of regular white bread at 3 in the afternoon. The sandwich I did get was a big mess while only having 3 ingredients on it. They did not have cookies. The root beer was tasteless, but they did supply a healthy amount of napkins. read more

What a joke! We went thru the drive thru, discovered that you have to actually have to get out of your car and place your order by touch screen! When we didn't see the sub we wanted, we drove up to the window, as there was no way to ask for assistance thru the touch screen. We asked if they had roast beef and they young lady said, "No, we only have what's on the menu." read more

How long does it take to make a Subway sandwich at 5:15pm? Apparently 45 frikkin minutes... I thought the drive-thru would make things faster, but unfortunately it took forever. They almost gave me the wrong order twice, and still unfortunately messed it up. There has to be a disconnect between the order screen and the employees because they had no clue what was going on. I am adding a new review to replace my 1 star from a year ago. This Subway used to be horrible! The staff was hateful. They slopped together the sandwiches complaining while they did it. We even got yelled at once by an employee because we refused to pay for the sub made with bread we literally watched get dropped on the floor and then picked back up and used. Most subways use the little white trays to portion out their meats. This one literally added about half of one of those white trays to a footlong teriyaki chicken sub that leaves almost no meat throughout the sub. That was then. This is now: This restaurant seems to have an all new staff. They are courteous and attentive. Gone are the days of filthy floors and counters. Gone are the days of hateful employees. Now it is rare for them to make a mistake on our orders which are typically placed over the app now. On the occasions they do make an error they are extremely courteous, apologize and immediately fix it. The current staff seems to actually enjoy their jobs which is critical if you want to run a quality service business. Meat and veggie portions are now on par with other Subway stores. read more

My girl was ordered her food and the older gentleman asked her what kind of bread she wanted. She said "white bread please" the older guy laughed and said "are you sure you don't want Mexican bread?" And asked again and kept laughing. I'm not sure how he meant this but this was not professional at all and very rude. I don't care how old this guy is, he should be disciplined for his actions. (I was not with my girl, she told me about this happening to her) This is more of a review because of the service she got and not the food. read more

Sandwhich was really good though after waiting 30 mins for the most basic thing on the menu. 3 people working, but only one looked like they were making sandwiches. Definitely skip this place if you are trying to make it on and off the road on a trip. read more

Stopped here for some food and to use their wifi! Staff was very friendly and fast! I went there around 8pm and was surprised by the amount of people getting food. There were only two staff members working and they both had fun, positive attitudes! Also awesome that they provided wifi!! read more

One of Goodland's finest. Clean establishment with very friendly staff, I highly recommend this place. Beware: if you're stopping during tourism season, the place gets swamped in the noon hour. Plan accordingly, be just a little patient. read more

Quick & fast service -- restrooms clean.

I've stopped here for lunch 3 times on trips thru the area. It's ok, but nothing special. My last stop, May 6, 2018, may have been my last. There is a lady who has been there all 3 times I've stopped. Middle aged-difficulty walking is the best description I can give. She seems to be some type manager or supervisor, but she has been curt and rude each time I've been there. After my wife and I got our food this last time there was a lull in customers. 2PM maybe. The lady mentioned came into the dining room, sat down amongst all the dirty tables, and proceeded to play on her phone. A customer came in and stood at the counter for a short time with no one there to help him. The lady walked up, called out to the staff, that was out of sight, then stood next to the customer berating and lecturing the staff for not being quicker to help him. Everyone looked pretty uncomfortable, including the customer. Not a good way to manage staff or make customers comfortable. read more

Wow! I wish I could give negative stars! Unfortunately, I have to give at least one. This was even more disappointing than I expected it to be! I ordered the "Veggie Delight" - a little pile of lettuce, two slices of tomato, two little slivers of pepper, a few cucumber slices and not much else. They didn't even have guacamole. For this, I paid the same as a sub with the same veggies and meat! I made the mistake of thinking that all the subs could be a value meal. We spent more for my few paltry veggies than my husband's meatball sub because I was charged for the soda & the chips (no value meal for me - it must have been the high price of those few veggies). I got a Barqs root beer, which tasted really off. How do you mess up root beer? Not enough syrup, is my guess. Keep those costs & quality low! Finally, I tried to get a hot tea. Hahahah. The price maybe low, but so is the satisfaction. Skip this place! read more
