Customer service is not good they do not great you don't even give you a total my fries where froze and full of grease like they pulled it out of a frozen bag and put grease on stained my seat in my car I asked for no onions because I'm allergic and there was plenty of onions on there I grabbed my food and headed out of town so I had to throw the food away . . Corporate is no better I didn't ask for my money back just gave a email with a receipt and explained my experience and got an email saying thanks for your input and they didn't even apologize I went through the drive thru and I was the only car I would have excused it if they where busy but only me ‍ so I tried it a couple weeks later and my bread to my sandwich was hard as a rock . . I stopped here during a road trip to grab a quick lunch. I didn't want to drive and eat so I opted to go inside. It was during the noon hour and they were pretty understaffed. There was no one at the cash registers. They did have a couple of kiosk systems but only one worked. It seemed like most people went through the drive thru or were picking up online orders. Our food came out a little bit slower than expected but it was accurate and standard McDonald's fare that you would expect. They were a bit heavy handed on the sauce but I think it just depends on the person. The restaurant and bathroom were averagely clean. It was fine but I prefer a bit cleaner environment. Again, they were super understaffed so I can see how things could stack up and things get messy quickly. I'd probably opt for a different restaurant if I pass through this exit/area again. But if I had to eat here again, I wouldn't die. read more

Not very much to review at McD besides service and cleanliness. I stopped on my way to KS and the staff was all super friendly. I was greeted with a smile and it seemed like they genuinely enjoyed serving me a snack :) The restrooms were nice and clean and so was the restaurant floor. read more

Listen, we are in an endemic... Everyone who wanted a shot has been able to get it, there's no more mask mandate, OPEN THE DAMN DINING ROOM. People (like us) trying to get on our way during a road trip are not happy to be sitting in the drive-thru for 30+ minutes! This is ridiculous. My food was well cooked. people were nice. And as far as covid, this place is doing everything It can. Super clean inside. Very clean bathrooms. Especially for fast food joint. Must be a very new place. I don't usually sit down to take the time to review a fast food joint. But I left this place thinking wow these guys are doing a good job. On point. In a realm of fast food which is notoriously bad the Goodland McDonalds takes the prize for the worst of the worst. Very slow. Their drive through attendants constantly interrupt you and don't actually seem to listen when you do talk. The food is usually cold. The fries are almost always soggy. Their breakfast is ok, but nothing great. The hashbrowns seem to come in two flavors, perfectly crispy or greasy, slimy mess. Sadly you seem to have a 1 in 5 chance of the hashbrowns being good. The store is clean which is a plus. The staff while frustrating with their interruptions are usually friendly. Sadly the order is rarely filled correctly and when it is the burger seems like it was sitting outside for 20 minutes and the fries seem like they were fried a day ago, microwaved and then sat outside with the burger for 20 minutes prior to serving. read more

This place makes no sense. They charge you to have mayonnaise put on your burger in place of mustard but they will give you packets of mayonnaise for free! That is redundancy at its finest. Make sure if you want extra sauces on your burgers you ask for packets. I want this location's management to know this is dumb policy and you are morons for putting a policy like this in place especially when it makes no sense! I don't know if it is all this places fault, or if part of the blame is the app. I placed a mobile order. At first I select curbside delivery, but thought I should run in to get it so someone didn't have to make the trip outside, so I changed it to pick up. We get there and try to go in... And the door is locked! I go back to my vehicle to select delivery, and no can do. Now there is no way to let them know we're here or find out if they were even making the food. We decided the only way to let them know we were there was to go through the drive-thru. We get in the looooong line and someone comes out. I run to talk to them and they have our order. It took a little bit to figure that out because they spoke no English. When I asked if it was #0123, they couldn't read the number and I had to tell them it was mine. We left and I was passing out the food to my family. We were 2 drinks short, no dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets, and the apples were missing from all three kids meals. One major headache later... We probably won't stop there again read more

The entire staff acts completely unprofessional and rude. It's pouring down rain and I was told to walk around the building because someone was mopping. I waited at the counter for a few minutes being completely ignored. I finally made an order without so much of a hello and then the staff started shouting about who was on what station. I was handed my bag without eye contact or a single word whatsoever. I never post on yelp but this experience was so annoying that I decided to make my first review in years. Worst experience I have ever had with a McDonald's. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and Mac sauce. I told the cashier 3 times it was a double quarter pounder with cheese and Mac sauce. I was given a single quarter pounder with cheese and Mac sauce. Then when I went to get my order fixed the cashier made complaints about it in front of other customers and gave me another Patty on the side Instead of having it remade like they are supposed to. I will never go back to this store again and I will be reporting it to their corporate office. By far I have never been so disrespected by a McDonald's in my life! read more

Renovated in the last couple months. There is less seating now, but the space looks more open. The drink station is almost always a mess which is off putting. All that said, it's one of the few McD's where you can find a Hot n' Spicy. They also participate in the local "Cowboy Card" program which is aces in my book. read more

honeslty really disturbed right now.. i went to mcdonald's over my lunch break because i was stressed and needed an escape and i thought mcdonald's was the answer. but i went and ordered a hot n spicy no lettuce add pickle and it came back PLAIN. Probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to waited for 20 mins for a quarter pounder and nuggets. There was a lot of workers standing around and manager was out in lobby flirting with a customer.. Once I finally got my order Hamburger was salty and tasted old and chicken nuggets were hard and extremely crispy. never come here!!!! read more

Just purchased a Quarter Pounder Deluxe and the food was all cold. The fries were soggy. Please be smart and avoid this establishment.
