The sandwich was fine. But they were completely out of drinks! So we asked for water, but they still charged us full price for the cup which is crazy. All the drinks were out. The ones not marked out, were carbonated water! They didn't even have unsweetened tea. They had zero bottled drinks. The whole refrigerator was empty. They were out of Meatballs, so you couldn't get a meatball sub. They were out of containers for condiments if you wanted a salad and to take dressing to go. Most of the cookies were empty. BS - this place delivered a LARGE STACK of subway coupons to Tiger-Run RV park, between Frisco & Breck. Went to this subway and they act clueless about the coupons and if they are any good, Spanish girl saying "Sometimes Yes, Sometimes No" when I ask if they will accept the $5.49 for footlong coupon. They had me scan it at register - but total reflects it was not accepted - even though it expires a month from now. Typical mountain BS and fisting the customer. read more

This location just needs some attention and even remodeling. We got there at 9am and the tables were ALL dirty, floor was dirty, and just did not look very appealing to feed your family here. Numerous lightbulbs were out inside and the bathroom was hideous. The pipes were showing under the sink. The mirror was scratched. I included photos... The only positive was the staff working were amazingly friendly and helpful. Really have some good people working there and if you don't take care of your building you will lose them to someone who will! read more

We stopped at this shop 7/3/23. The person starting the order did not speak English. Food safety was non-existent. Woman in charge took off her gloves and was touching all the food. Consistent with other Subways in other places, except that the interior is smaller. My biggest complaint is that there is only ONE bathroom for both sexes. Had to wait 15 minutes to use it due to the long wait line. The staff was competent and efficient, and all the food/ingredients/prep was as expected. We were heading to the park as a family. I'm sure it was a little scary seeing 8 people walk in. The blond(dyed) with black roots felt she needed to demand that we order a certain way. When it came to the veg portion of the order my young nephew was picking items and she yelled at him to just say them all. When we were picking condiments I said I wasn't sure yet, so she skipped me and starting demanding things from other people. She came back to me and asked if she should skip me again. Just ordered a salad from here and it is the most disgusting salad I have ever had. They placed all the ingredients in a bowl and mixed it like they were making mashed potatoes - the outcome: An overly wet salad with limp bruised lettuce/spinach, tomatoes and cucumbers beaten to death so that you can barely recognize the, and so ugly a blind person would not want to eat it. There was no crunch or freshness to this salad as it had been beaten into submission. If I want my tuna mushed all over the ingredients of my salad I will do it myself. This is by far the worst subway I have ever gone to. The sandwiches were dry and gross, the bathroom was disgusting and needed some attention, the 5 employees working were utterly confused on how to make a sand which, there is outdoor seating but no trash can. I ordered a tea, but had to search for sugar only to find out they keep it behind the counter. So I asked for some sugar for my husband and I, and the girl hands us 1 packet to share. So I had to ask for another one for his drink. Horrible food. My husband tossed out his sand which because it was so dry And gross.
