One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. Used their kiosk and then the connection didn't go through but we paid. We tried to fix it and the cashier basically told us we didn't pay and it didn't go through. Next thing we know, we see our order and yet argued with us that we need to pay again. So we paid and then she gave us the random order after yelling for the number twice? At that point we were confused? We paid twice knowing it's our food that we ordered twice from the kiosk. So basically robbed us and then tried to blame us. The manager literally told me that she didn't have our order and to order again and again. Definitely not a great vibe here in breck. read more

I ordered a classic 2 piece with macaroni as a side. I haven't been to KFC in many, many years to be honest and I doubt I'd return. I'm more of a Popeyes fan being from the south. Their macaroni was quite disgusting and the chicken left much to be desired. A little soggy. They didn't have many other options though. I will say that I came shortly before closing and service was quick. Chicken wasn't cold. Wouldn't return if ever in the area again. Only good was the close walk to the hotel. read more

One thing about being a manager is knowing how to deal with people in a POLITE and calm manner, not yelling at customer "what you are looking at me for" when the customer isn't looking at her. Came here after an immensely disappointing meal at a local Mexican place. We were headed back to our place about an hour away and stopped here to hopefully get something good to eat. We got a spicy chicken sandwich meal and two kids meals (one w/ fries and another with mac & cheese). Both items were delicious; the food was hot and crispy. We went through the drive-thru but we weren't rushed by the employee and, when we got to the window, she gave us tons of sauces. I can't speak to the ambiance inside, but it looked newly renovated and pretty nice. Would recommend. read more

The employees do not know what corn is. I'm not kidding. I visited this store last night and asked for corn as one of the sides. They asked me if I wanted mashed potatoes, twice. No, I want corn. I repeated it THREE times. What I got: mac and cheese, which I threw out. The manager, who apparently does not train her employees to know what corn is, was not helpful. She suggested I come back - this is a location along I-70 and by the time I got to eat I was at least 20 miles east and was not going to turn around. An apology would have been nice, or maybe even a pledge to go over what corn looks like and what it sounds like when a customer orders it. And yes, they did have it. read more

My throat was wet so it went down easy. Although the Mac and cheese made me rather queasy. My hopes were up and now my toilet seat is now down. My O My I bet This chicken died with a frown. I told them no drink they said too bad and gave me flat Dr Pepper in a glorified ziploc bag. I knew the mashed potatoes would be spectacular I was eager to dig in but as soon as I put a ladle full into my mouth they went straight into the bin. This location is nothing more than "okay". The food was decent, nothing amazing,but hey it's a fast food restaurant. The drive thru line was quite long and we waited for about 15ish minutes. Service was wonderful. The cashier was super sweet and the food was out quickly. All the food was warm and even though the Pepsi appeared to be watered down it still tasted good. The tables and seats needed wiped down but it was not atrociously dirty. read more

Walked in and walked right back out. The smell was terrible to say the least imagine of rotten smell if you can't think of a nasty or smell. There was someone that was ordering food and I noticed as I was waiting in line that the prepping station with the food was left dirty. This KFC is a joke. Went in on a mid-week afternoon for quick lunch. Not the case my friends. After I ordered I waited for 30 plus mins and got nothing. I ordered a drink (which you get yourself) and two pieces of dark chicken. Thats it. The food was ready already behind the order taker. Service was so poor. I just stood there and watched nothing happen. The front person just disappeared. I had to get back to work so I was going to cancel my meal. NO ONE around. So I had to leave with no food, that I paid full price for, that had been ready that entire time in a warmer. Crazy, I tried calling no answer, wrote in an email to KFC nothing. It is ridiculous in itself that this corporation still refuses to allow dine in eating. However, what's even worse is while we were in the drive through waiting for our food, our 4-year-old had a very sudden bathroom emergency!! We asked if we could be let in for just a second to use the bathroom and without hesitation we were refused!!!! My son tried his best to hold it until the gas station, but he just couldn't. They took us in at 10 minutes to close. We were desperate and hungry on our way across the country. They served us without question. Then we spilled a whole soda on their floor by mistake. Very poor service. Ordered two meals plus a kids meal. They forgot the kids drink. Both my drink and wife's drink were flat. No napkins. No plasticware. No plates. Sat at the drive through for 10 minutes, watched the car ahead of us get their food and go. We still sat at the ordering sign. Nothing. Finally called the store and told her we were waiting. Got take out there July 16, 2013. Ordered two 3-pc dinners. They ran out of biscuits so offered to give an extra small side with each dinner. Charged $16 for the two dinners. When we got home, they only gave us two pieces of chicken in each 3-pc dinner. When I called, they offered to give me a refund of $1.40, but I would have to come back to the store with the receipt and the credit card. Would have had to drive back 15 miles round trip for $1.40. They should have credited the whole dinner. Won't go back there again. Many better fast food places in Dillon/Silverthorne/Frisco. No wonder the KFC was empty. read more

There's always a 10 car line in the drive through, always a handful of disgruntled looking families inside waiting for their food. Slowest fast food location I've ever been to. I live in Frisco and always see the line of cars, so it's not by chance on 1 visit. The owner needs to hire a more competent staff, simple as that.
