The senior employee was in her 5th day and the other employee, well it was his 2nd day even though I only saw 1 employee while I was there. But, apparently there is no more an oven roasted chicken breast sandwich, just 2 small boats of chicken chunks splattered into the bread. It was a very disgusting sandwich ,and when I called to complain, I was left with " come back Monday and the manager will be in, then she went on to tell me of the amount of time the 2 employees had. 1 week between 2 employees, doing the best they could under the circumstances... Messed up our online order, receipt correct, but subs made wrong. The person that couldn't have the multi grain bread because of seeds ended up getting that sub because the order was wrong. The other sub that person got because of the dietary issues had the wrong bread on the order. Mind that the receipt was correct but subs were made with the wrong bread.They really need to make sure the orders are correct, some have health issues and order it correctly but it is made wrong. For the price I think it is over priced for what you get. With the gas prices and then having to go get it again and my time I think they should pay for delivery to correct the mistakes they made. read more

Normally a solid choice when it comes to fast and fresh food. After all, how hard is it to mess up a sub? This trip, however, we found out it's really quite simple. At 11am there was no bread, no flat bread, and we were told they could not heat up a wrap. Apparently a wrap cannot be heated up in the microwave? Additionally, there was no ice in the soda dispenser and there was no effort made to accommodate despite dining in the store. Not sure if this is a training issue or a management issue, but the issue should be easy to address nonetheless. read more

My family of five went in to grab lunch before grocery shopping. Since there are five of us, we knew it would take a minute. My husband and i were focused on getting the kids figured out, thinking we could decide on what we wanted while the kids subs were being made. I just want to point out that there was not anyone behind us. When my husband stepped up to order the kids subs, the lady was very rude. She wanted to know what bread all of us were getting and rushed us into ordering! Keep in mind the person in front of us was paying and leaving at the time, so we were the only order. The kids got pizza subs, i ordered meatball, and my husband, hurriedly, ordered the same. It wasn't until our last sub went in the toaster that another customer came in. She didn't ask if we wanted anything on them, and got annoyed when my husband asked for veggies before it went in the toaster. When she took his sub out of the toaster, she loudly announced that "this is stupid, let's make the bread, then go back and make the sub while the next person waits". After we paid and sat down, there were two customers in the store. She very rudely directed the male customer to the order end of the line when he confusingly stepped up to the register first. She was slamming pans and bread the entire time we were eating our lunch. This lady was just down right rude. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unappreciated as a customer! This woman ruined this store for me. I will hesitate before ever going back. read more

I eat here at least once a week. There is usually a lack of enthusiasm and some attitude but I never know what people are going through, so I let it go. But today that changed. I went into the restaurant with a friend and he order a subway melt. I do not get this sub but I have been to subway with him enough to know how the sub is made. I actually recall the same incident happening a few months ago and that is why I know. He order his sub and it usually comes with 4,4,and 4 pieces of meat. Just about anywhere else besides the subway in Fostoria. But a few months ago an employee told us that it was made with 4,2, and 4. The manager came out and told her that it was made with 4,4, and 4. Today Brian seemed to be having a bad day and my friend asked, "Does the sub come with 4,4, and 4?" Brian then rudely tells him, "No I make this sub every day." Then my friend said, "I get the same sub every time and it usually gets 4,4, and 4." Then Brian says, "You can get out of my store." Keep in mind I just walked in last week and Brian was getting trained. Therefore, it's not his store and he might not know how the sub is made. That is why we were upset with his attitude.
